Chapter 24

I climb out of the shower and lay next to cheryl on the couch. She pulls me onto her lap and raps her arms around me tightly "hey is it ok if kimba comes over tommorrow?" Cheryl asks and I nod

"of course, its your house you can do whatever you like"

"well its your house now too" she says and smiles widely at me.

I hug her tightly "thank you"

We talk for a little while and soon I feel my eyes getting heavy "love you" I say and she smiles at me and kisses my forehead gently "love you too pet".

Cheryl's pov

Once I know brianna is asleep I lift her off the couch and carry her up the stairs 'wow shes light' I think to myself as lay her in my bed.

I lay down next to her and wrap my arms around her and she instantly snuggles into me and I smile to myself before drifting off into dreamland as well.

I wake up the next morning and brianna is already out of bed so I head downstairs.

When I get into the kitchen I'm greeted by a full english breakfast "did you make all this?" I ask looking at the huge amount of food

"yeah" she laughs and we sit down

In about 20 mintues we devour the huge assortment of food and I put the dishes in the sink, we wash them together "ill dry you wash" shes says and a nod "okay".

"What time is kimberley coming?"

"Probably around two, so we have a few hours"

"ok cool"

We soon finish the dishes "what do you wanna do today?" I ask

"we can go horseback riding at the stable down the road?"

"Sure" oh great this is gonna be fun, I probably end up getting eaten by one.

I groan and head upstairs and change into riding pants, a black north face jacket with a pair of black riding boots.

Brianna's pov

I change into riding pants, brown riding boots and since its chilling I also throw on a pink oversized hoodie.

I run down the stairs and she cheryl in the kitchen "you ready?"

I run into the stables and find a white horse named angel, put the chestnut brown Saddle on her and climb on.

I find cheryl walking around "are you gonna get a horse?"

"Oh right, yeah" she laughs awkwardly and I throw her a saddle

"put that on the horse and climb on" I say and after a few mintues of struggling she finally gets it on the horse correctly.

"How do you get on this thing" she says trying to grip The saddle. I climb off my horse "hold on to the horse" I laugh and put my hands on her sides "one..two..three" I say and lift her up and on to the horse.

"Wow this is high" she says and I show her how to use the reigns and how to control the horse before climbing back on mine.

"Ready?"

"I guess" she says and head down the trail and I let the cool crisp air clear my mind.

"Kimberley is gonna be half an hour, hurry up and get ready" she says and I run up the stairs and take a quick shower.

I rap my hair up in a towel and rap one around my slim frame. I go into my huge walk in closet and decided to change into a long sleeve black crop top, tan high waisted jeans and black combat boots. Ugh I still have to do hair and makeup too.

I sit down at my vanity and do my makeup the way I usually do. I run out of time do I just leave my hair natural since its already dry and I head down stairs perfect thing because as soon as I reach the bottom of the stairs the door bell rings.

I go down the stairs and slowly walk up to the door with cheryl and she senses my nervousness

"its okay pet, shes really nice" she reassures me and we open the front door "hey kimba" cheryl says and jumps into her arms, I smile to myself

"hey babe, whos your friend"

"this is brianna" kimberley gives me a warm smile "hi Brianna, im kimberley nice to meet you" she says and pulls me into a hug

"nice too meet you too" I say and we all head into the living room and sit on the couch.

Cheryl goes into the kitchen and soon comes back with 3 cups of tea, she hands me and kimberley one and sits in between us

"so tell me how you and cheryl met" kimberley says looking into my eyes..

"well I was adopted when I was a 3 years old and my dad beat me and dropped me off in the middle of no where a couple weeks ago so I walked about 10 miles until I dropped to the floor and surprisingly ended up infront of Cheryl's driveway and in the end she decided to adopt me" I say and cheryl has a sad expression on her face so I hug her tightly and she laughs

"awe thats so sweet and by 'beat' do you mean he like abused you?" Kimberley says nervously and I nod

"yeah but im better than ever now" I say and she smiles at me "im glad".

After almost an hour I decide to go upstairs to give them some time to talk "I'll let u guys talk, I'll be upstairs if you need me" I say and cheryl smiles at me "thanks pet and okay".

I head upstairs and decide to make myself an instagram. I enter my new email and decide to make my username 'xo_Brianna_xo' ugh now I need a bio and a full name. I make my full name Brianna Faith Cole and my bio:

Cheryl's pov

"Cheryl..?"

"Yeah?"

"You guys look a lot alike..and she said she was adopted, that was around the same time you gave up your child...what if shes yours?" Kimberley says and my eyes get wide

"no way"

"Cheryl its really possible you guys should get tested to see if you are actually her birth mother.."

Kimberley's pov

"But if I am she would hate me, I abandoned her and look at the life she had" cheryl says rubbing her temples.

"she wouldn't hate you cheryl, I don't think she ever could. She really does love you, its so obvious"

"yeah she would look at the life shes had because of me, If she is me daughter then im the reason she went through all this"

"Her life has been rough, yes but its not your fault that happened, if you tell her why you gave her up she would understand. Come on you gotta get the test done and find out" I say and she gives me a sad smile

"ok but only if you come with me"

"course I will" I give her a reassuring smile and lock my finger with hers.
