Ethan POV Today I was working from home so I decided to be nice and pick Carson up from school instead of making him take the bus so around 2:50 I left my house to go get him.
Since there was traffic I was a few minutes late but oh well.
Carson was sitting on a bench outside with one headphone in and playing on his phone. Next to him was a girl with blonde hair who looked like she was talking to him
I get out of my car and walk towards them
As I approach them I could tell the girl was in fact talking to Carson but he was barley listening to her and responding with uh ha
"Hey Carson" I say
"Ethan hey let's go" Carson quickly says
"Well hold on who's your friend?" I ask him
"Her names Kelly and she's just my partner for a project" Carson says Kelly looks a little disappointed when Carson says just my partner Kelly ⬇️⬇️

"Hi Kelly I'm Carson's brother Ethan" I introduce myself
"Hi" she says with a smile
"What's your project?" I ask keeping the conversation
"It's for history we have to make a poster board and replica of something from a time period now can we go?" Carson agitatedly explains
"Is it an in class project?" I ask
"No" Carson answers
"When is it due?" I add
"It's due next Thursday I have so much to do" Kelly joins in
"Did you guys split up the project?" I ask knowing Carson probably convinced her to do all the work
"Yes I'm doing the poster and the replica and Carson said he'll print the note cards after I write them" Kelly says
"That doesn't sound very fair" I say looking at Carson he sighs and Kelly looks confused
"Kelly if you would like you can come over after school one day and you and Carson can work together on your project" I offer Carson looks mad and Kelly looks very excited
"Yes that would be great does tomorrow work?" She asks looking at Carson
He stays quite so I nudge his elbow
"Ya tomorrow's fine" he says
"Sounds great see you then Carson" she says
"It was nice to meet you Kelly" I politely say then Carson grabs his bag and starts walking to the car only to find that it's locked
I walk over and unlock the car then Carson gets in and slams the door
