Ola's POV

As Nene and i got ready for school, it was  fun doing everything together. I prayed silently that we continue this way...forever.

As we went downstairs to make a quick breakfast, a thought popped on my mind and i said to Nene:

"How about i make Lola's fave coffee and sandwich then present it to her as a 'peace offering'? What do you think?"

"Hmm... that's a great idea... you really need to start being on her good side from now on. She likes her coffee..."

"Creamy with no sugar and she loves Italian Pepperoni sandwich..." I interject, interrupting Nene's sentence.

As soon as i noticed a change in Nene's countenance, I stopped talking for a brief second then i continue to say:

"...well, she told me back then when we were being forced into that rubbish 'corporate marriage'."

"Wow! You even remember her fave coffee and sandwich! Why do i suddenly feel jealous that you know my sister so well than i?" Nene said, as she feigned sadness.

I stopped walking midway to the kitchen, pulled her closer, hugged her, gave her a kiss and said:

"Angel, you really don't need to be jealous. I know yours... you love tuna fish and sardine sandwich and you love caramel or apple flavoured tea with a bit of cream and honey...you detest coffee. You told me everything about you on the day we had our first kiss...at Lola's party and i still remember vividly... how can i ever forget that night?"

"Hmm... if you say so..." Nene said as she gently pulled away from our embrace, clasped her hand with mine and dragged me to the kitchen.

We brought out the ingredients:
Italian sweet roll , sliced in half and then lengthwise, Pepperoni, Salami, deli ham slices, mozzarella cheese slices, mayonnaise, thinly sliced Romaine lettuce, tuna, sardine, coffee, milk, caramel flavoured tea and honey.

We placed all the ingredients on the kitchen counter then we began to make the sandwiches, coffee and tea. I insisted on making Lola's sandwich and coffee while Nene made her own and mine.

By the time we were done, it was almost 7Am. We decided to pack our breakfast because i wanted us to get to school in time to give Lola her breakfast since Lola usually arrive at the department as early as 7:30Am.

Nene kept teasing and laughing at how nervous i was. As we drove down to school, i couldn't help but laugh at the way Nene sang along with the music playing in my car. She has a sweet funny voice that made me laugh when she sings.

As we drove into the student car park, i couldn't help but notice Lola's car parked at her usual spot.

"Angel, are you really sure this 'peace offering' breakfast i made for Lola is a good idea? I don't want to mess things up and offend her in anyway." I said, feeling a little worried as i parked my car at my fave spot and turned off the engine.

Nene pulled me closer, cupped my cheeks in her hands and she said with a wide smile:
"Dearie, you worry too much. Trust me, it's a great idea. Don't worry, she'll soften up after seeing the sandwich you made. That sandwich is sort of her weak point."

"Ok. I truly hope you are right. The last thing i want to do is to upset her. If anyone had told me back then, that Lola would react the way she did yesterday, i'll never believe a word of it. I pray this goes well. I pray this doesn't provoke her...i really don't want her to burn my face with this hot coffee." I said, feeling skeptical about the whole idea.
