Invisible string

The plan

Alejandro continuously paced around the slightly stooped marble floor as his thoughts ran wild inside his head.

"Dad, relax. Everything will go as planned and we'll be fine. We have to just keep ourselves together this one day now." Camila said in an attempt to calm her father who in her language was holy shit fuckingly freaking the damn out. She knew all too well that he was scared of losing not his life but his wife and hers.

"I know." Alejandro replied sitting next to his wife and interwing their fingers tightly. They sat in silence for a few minutes before the Levy's came.
"So, you all remember the plan right?" Alejandro announced before clearing his throat as all the members present in the room nodded their heads adamantly.
The plan was simple but scary and they all knew it could cost life of many but it was their last and only shot. Their past shipments had been horrible, and the main issue was not that their deals all failed but it was unfortunate deaths of three of their most trusted men which literally was like a permanent hole in the chest of the Cabello's which could only be filled by the three precious gems they had lost.

"Good." Alejandro said as they all got busy in finalizing some things for their big plan tomorrow.
Whenever Camila was at these gang meetings which were held really frequently, she could feel Shawn staring at her the whole time and all the times Camila would talk or laugh with Jason who was her dad's trusted men's son, shawn's gaze on her was so deep that it could really peirce a hole in her body but she had always been trying her best to avoid him, specially his eyes.

The thing about love is that once you fall into it completely sometimes it makes you stupid and maybe that was what it had made her. Stupid. She still loved him, cared for him with all her soul irrespective of what happened or what he did that was just how she loves, she never stops.

She tilts her head slightly to look at Shawn and as she sees him smile with  Aliyah showing off his dimples she doesn't thinks of the man that used her all she thinks is that he is the man who loved her with everything and showed her how to love, he explored all her parts irrespective whether they were good or bad and he encouraged her to explore the parts she thought were horrible and slowly but eventually made her love every single thing about herself. It doesn't matters what the current situation is or what the future holds she'll always love and remember him with happiness in her heart.

"Okay everyone so the plan should be crystal clear, we can't afford any mistakes. So we'll directly meet at the location of the shipment to prevent any sense of doubt. Everyone will remain close and once we sense the people coming in, Cody will press the button that will alarm all our men hiding in the secret passage and soon we'll crowd them and in minutes they'll be on their knees begging for mercy." Mark announced.

"Okay so I think everything is clear now we all should go prepare and rest for tomorrow and if there is something wrong immediately inform us." Alejandro said before they all huddled and before going in their respective directions.

They all knew that tomorrow wasn't going to be easy but what they didn't expect was how that one day will bring so many twists and turns that it will change their lives forever.
