Fu x Saiyan!Reader

Fu's POV

" Ugh. Wrong wrong wrong!" I said as I slammed my head on my desk. " Ugh. Nothing I've been trying is working." I said. I've been in my lab for days. trying to figure out a way to amplify battle power without the use of transformations. My amplification technique is supposed to work mostly for saiyans. But the saiyans that I've tried it on haven't been strong enough.

They've either lost all of their power or died while the experiment was taking place. This type of experiment works best in battle, so they have to battle without transforming. It's hard for most of them because they rely on their Super Saiyan Transformation.

" I wish I could find a worthy candidate. Maybe I can find one in the Time Patrol." I said. I got up and teleported to Conton City. When I arrived, I kept a low profile. I'm not the most popular or respected guy around here. You know, ever since the incident where my Uncle took the Supreme Kai of Time captive.

Yeah, that one. I've mostly been staying in the shadows or secretly tampering with missions. I just find it fun, you know. I wandered around the city looking for some Time Patrollers. I spotted some saiyans, but they seemed pretty weak. " Weak. Weak. Weak. Weak. Weak!" I said. I continued to roam around the city.

" There has to be a decent saiyan around here." I said aloud. " K'mon Y/N. We need to get going." I heard someone say. I turned to see Trunks. He was running to the Time Nest. I hid behind a bush. I really didn't feel like fighting him. " Yeah yeah. I'm coming. You don't have to be so pushy." I heard someone else say.

My eyes lit up when I saw who was following him. It was a man/woman. He/She was incredibly handsome/beautiful. I couldn't take my eyes off them. It was like the whole multiverse stopped and it was just him/her and I.

Y/N's POV

" Y/N we need to hurry. The Supreme Kai of Time said that it was urgent!" Trunks said. " So what? That doesn't mean anything. And anyways, I can take whoever it is." I said with arrogance. I'm one of the last pure saiyans in existence. I was on another planet when Planet Vegeta blew up. But I didn't care. My parents died in a fight when I was two. So I was used to living on my own.

I was asked to join the Time Patrol a decade later. No one could hold a candle to my skills. I did learn how to turn Super Saiyan. But I rarely use the skill. I find it unnecessary because I'm incredibly strong in my base form. So it's just a fail safe if I start losing. I don't rely on it like these other rookies.

Today, Trunks was freaking out because the Supreme Kai of Time called up and said that it was an emergency. But I'm just taking it as another bug to squash. We finally made it to the Time Nest. Trunks ran in while I casually walked in. " We came as fast as we could. What's the problem?" Trunks asked. " We've been getting weird readings that there have been many distortions in time. Our most recent one occurred in the timeline with Goku Black and Zamasu. Apprently, Goku Black and Zamasu did the Fusion dance instead of using the Potaras. And tehre was interference from an outside source that gave them more power. We want you two to investigate." Elder Kai said.

" Outside interference. Do you think it could be Fu?" Trunks asked. " Maybe. But we won't know until we can look further back in history." The Supreme Kai of Time said. I then felt a weird feeling. As if someone was watching me. I turned around to see if anyone was behind me. But I saw no one. " Y/N? Is everything okay?" The Supreme Kai of Time asked. " Yeah. Let's just get going." I said.

She then handed us the scroll and Trunks and I were off. We arrived in the ruin city. " We have to look or whoever may be causing these disruptions." Trunks said. I nodded. But before we could begin our search, someone blasted Trunks with an energy blast. " well, well, well. If it isn't the time patrol. I'll have fun killing you." I heard someone say. I looked up to see Fused Zamasu. The Supreme Kai of Time was right. They did use the fusion dance.
