Bardock x Teen! Reader Pt.2

Y/N's POV

I've officially been upgraded to an elite warrior. I'm 13 now. My life was turned around when I moved in with Bardock. His wife and son took a liking to me. So now I'm officially apart of his family. We also got a new baby in the family. He looks exactly like Bardock. His name is Kakarot.

I can't wait until he comes out of the nursing capsule. But right now, I'm on a mission. " Sena. Watch your back!" I said to my team mate. I blasted the creature that was about to attack her.        " I told you I could take care of myself!" She said. She ran off. " That girl is too head strong." My friend Heishi said.

I nodded. We continued to attack the opposing army. But we were losing. " We aren't going to win this." Sena said. " We might. Look." Heishi said. I looked up. It was night and the moon was shining. We all looked at it and transformed into Great Apes. We ended up beating them in no time. We decided to wait before going back to Planet Vegeta.

" I told you we would win." Sena said. " No. You said that we would lose." I said. " Shut up." Sena said. I gave a little laugh. " One day, we will be free of Frieza." Heishi said. " Heishi. Will you stop with that nonsense. You know that we'll be serving under Frieza till the day we die." Sena said. That got me thinking.

" What's on your mind Y/N." Heishi asked me. " Frieza's army has grown substantially in the last five years. He could probably get by without us saiyans dragging him down." I said. " You're not saying that he's going to kill us?! Right?" Sena said. " It's just a thought." I said. I smirked. " You know, I heard from my parents that some of Frieza's soldiers were asking about the legendary super saiyan." Heishi said.

" The Super Saiyan? That's just a fairytale." I said. " Yeah. But I think Frieza thinks it's real." He said. Sena and I looked at each other. Then our scouters went off. " Did you guys just get that message?" I asked. " yeah." They both said. " Looks like there's an order for us to come home." I said. " We won't get home until later tonight." Heishi said. " Then lets get going." I said. We hopped in our ship and headed home.

Time Skip...

We were nearing Planet Vegeta. " Why do you think that Frieza called us back home?" Heishi asked. " I don't know." I said. " Maybe Frieza's going to kill us." Sena said. " I was joking Sena. Don't take everything so literally." I said. Sena scoffed. " There's something heading towards our ship. It's a saiyan pod." Heishi said. I went to the window.

A pod went by us. When it went by, I felt a familiar feeling inside me. " Kakarot?" I said. " What was that, Y/N?" Heishi asked. " Oh, nothing." I said. " We're approaching the docking bay." Sena said. We landed and departed the ship. " I'm going home. I'll see you guys for training tomorrow." I said. Heishi and Sena waved goodbye.

I flew off towards home. When I got home, I heard crying. I opened the door just a little bit. " I hope you're wrong, Bardock. I want to see Kakarot again." My mother said. " Gine. It was the only way to secure his safety." My father said. " That was Kakarot in the pod. I knew it. But how did I know it? And what was that feeling? It's almost as if I could sense Kakarot's power. I know I'm getting stronger, but I didn't think I was strong enough to do that." I thought.

I slapped myself twice in the face and went in. " I'm home!" i said. I hugged my parents. " Y/N? What are you doing back?" My father asked. " We got Freiza's order and came back. I'm going to bed now. I've had a busy day." I said. I went up to my room. I heard a knock shortly after that.       " Come in." I said. It was Bardock.

" You heard us talking. Didn't you?" He asked. I nodded. " What's going on?" I asked. " I have a feeling that death is on it's way for us. I feel like Frieza is going to kill us." He said. I was shocked. " I was right." I said. Bardock looked at me. He was confused. " I was talking to Sena and Heishi about this. I said that Frieza could get by without us. I just thought that I'd be wrong." I said. I tear slid down my face.

Bardock wiped it away. He gave me a hug. " Whatever happens, promise me that you'll survive." He said. " I promise." I said. Bardock nodded and walked out. I didn't get much sleep that night. The next morning, I went to train with Sena and Heishi. I needed to keep the truth a secret from them. We decided to train outside. 

It was a tree way battle royale. I ended up winning. " How did you win? You were fighting both of us and still won." Sena said. " I found myself getting stronger each day." I said. " Nah. It was just a fluke." She said. " Wanna go again?" I asked. I took my fighting stance. " Guys." Heishi said.            " Yeah. Let's do it!" Sena said. She took her fighting stance. " Guys?" Heishi said. " Bring it!" I said. 

" GUYS?!" Heishi said. " What?!" We both said. " Look!" He pointed up to the sky. A giant fireball was coming at us. " Oh no." I said. It hit the planet. We were caught in the blast. I felt myself growing weaker. The feeling in my body was going away. I started to black out. Memories of my past came back to me.

" How is it that a two year old is so mature?" My mother said. " I'm sorry. Your parents died in battle." A soldier said. " Mother. Father. I miss you so much." I said. " Winner, Y/N!" The coach said. " Get back here! You little thief!" The shop owner said. " I told you I could take care of myself!" Sena said. " One day, we will be free of Frieza." Heishi said. " Whatever happens, promise me that you'll survive." Bardock said.

" No. I have to...I have to..." I could barely make out my words. I knew that death was near. But...   " I HAVE TO SURVIVE! HA!!!!" I screamed. The blast went off all around me. When the smoke cleared, the planet was gone. Frieza's ships went away. When I opened my eyes, I was engulfed in a golden glow. I examined myself. I was alive. My hair was yellow and my eyes were blue. " Am I a Super Saiyan?" I asked myself. I looked around. " I swear. One day you will pay for this Frieza." I said. I flew off. I knew I needed to beat Frieza. Why? Because I am the Super Saiyan. Y/N!
