*She needs the rest after hours of being in pain she needs that rest* Kyoya thinks as shiro and his mother walk in and then shiro sits on a chair and Kyoya shows shiro how to hold her brother and then Kyoya hands kaito to her

Kyoya put Kaito in his crib and then went to shiro and tucked her in as you were taking a bath
Kyoya then walks in to check on you
"You ok."
"Yeah." You say and Kyoya sees your stretch marks
"How are you feeling." Kyoya asks and you smile
"Good just–"
"Just what?"
"I don't know just do you still think I look beautiful even though i have these stretch marks and my stomach looks like this." You ask and Kyoya kisses you
"Of course I still love you your appearance doesn't matter I love you y/n I fell in love with you a slightly difference in your appearance won't change a thing about how I feel about you." Kyoya says and you smile at him

"Nothing could ever make me leave you remember that." Kyoya says and then he heard Kaito crying
"Don't worry I got it you get out when your ready." Kyoya says and you nod
*I don't even know why I thought Kyoya wouldn't love me anymore because of my stretch marks I guess I'm just worried about losing him because I love him so much*
