"We have to get you to the hospital now!" Kyoya says as he picks up the bag he has in the nursery and helps you to the car then runs inside and picks up shiro and runs to the car

"Your sibling is coming a week early." Kyoya says as he buckled shiro into her car seat and then Kyoya comforter you to make sure you would be ok
"Kyoya I'm fi—" right then a contraction started and Kyoya helped you through it all
Shiro was just watching a bit confused

"Ok deep breaths y/n we are almost to the hospital." Kyoya says and you nod as you were squeezing his hand for dear life

When you reached the hospital you were immediately brought to a room and doctors and nurses immediately started to take care of you as Kyoya was waiting for his mom because she is gonna watch shiro and she wanted to be here when her grandson was born
After a few more minutes Kyoya ran into the room and ran to your side

"I'm fine kyo." You say and Kyoya kisses you and you kiss him back
