I was with Kaito when Shiro walks in
"Hey Shiro can I help you?" I ask and she nods
"Mom wasn't looking too good." She says and I quickly get up and run to where y/n was
I walk over to her and she was still in bed and she didn't look good she looked sick
"Darling are you ok?" I ask worriedly and y/n looks at me
"Oh hi Kyoya." She says and I feel her forehead she didn't have a fever that's good
"What's wrong?" I ask and she sighs
"My nausea is worse today sorry." Y/n says and I nod
"Look just rest and I'm booking you a doctors appointment you've been sick for almost a month." I say and y/n nods
I kiss her forehead and she smiles
"Look I'll stay with you our kids will be ok, but you need help not feeling so nauseous so come cuddle me." I say and y/n snuggles up to me and I rub her back
*I hope she's ok* I think as y/n fell asleep in my arms and I kiss her forehead, I truly do hope she's ok and if she's pregnant I'm hopeful we want another kid and well we failed in adopting another one and making another one, I just want another kid with y/n we both do

|Day of the appointment|
On the day of the appointment Kyoya had a meeting so he couldn't make it
"Mrs ootori your pregnant." The doctor says and you stopped shocked
"I'm pregnant? Really?" You ask and the doctor nods
"Yes you are your results came back and your pregnant, now should I call mr ootori?" The doctor asks and you shake your head
"No and don't put it in my records or anything so he could see it I want to tell him and him be surprised." You say knowing Kyoya is always snooping through your records and stuff to make sure your always ok
