2 Months Later

September 5th

Rebecca and Colby moved into their new home a month prior, they began to make changes to the home, to make it feel more like them. They knew they were going to change things once they got in but they didn't truly know how many changes were going to need to be made.

Colby tried his best to not stress his wife out anymore than she already was with the renovations. There had been construction workers in and out for the better part of a month before everything was finished and the way they wanted it.

Colby walked into the house to see his wife laying on the couch, she was under strict doctors orders to rest, she wasn't on bedrest but she had to avoid stress and do as little work as possible.

"What are you doing?" He asked with a laugh as he watched her staring at her stomach with her hands on it

"I felt something" she said as he walked over to her

"You felt something.." He nodded

"Somebody moved" she said "and when I finally realized what it was they stopped.. and I told them to do it again but nobody's listening to me"

"Now you see how I feel.. I tell you to do things all the time and you ignore me" he said and she hit his chest and then she felt again

"Oh my god!" She exclaimed and he looked at her with wide eyes

"Is this what you've been doing all day?" He asked and she nodded as she felt another tiny flutter and she looked at him with wide eyes "What?" He asked with a laugh

"Keep talking" she said "Somebody moves every time you talk" she said

"I think they're a little small for that to be a thing" he said and she felt it again and she shook her head

"They've been able to hear for a few weeks now.. they've been able to hear you.. I thought I felt it last night when you were telling me about your day but I thought I was just tired and going insane"

"You really shouldn't have told me that" he shook his head "I'm gonna talk to them all the time now"

"Fine by me" she shrugged and he leaned down placing a gentle kiss before looking up at her

"I love you" he said in a whisper

"I love you" she smiled
