I stretched out my arms and Toby wasn't beside me.
I looked under the covers and I wasn't wearing any clothes.
He wouldn't sneak out, would he?
Melissa and Wren were here so why would he go down stairs?
His clothes were missing from the room.
"Oh my god Toby Cavanaugh you snuck out on me."
I heard a knock on my bedroom door and I pulled the covers up to my neck.
"Come in." I said nervous who it was.
"Don't worry it's just me." Toby said bringing in a tray filled with breakfast food.
"What...how?"
"I snuck out the window about 20 minutes ago. You know that big tree outside your window, it's a good substitute for a ladder." He tilted his head.
I still looked at him confused.
"I knocked on the door telling Melissa that I'd like to make you breakfast in bed. So she let me in. Easy." He said placing the tray in my lap.
"She didn't suspect anything."
"Nope. Not that she'd want to guess either not bothering to even check your room last night."
I let out a small laugh.
"Honestly I think she might be having a little chat with you later." He said sliding in next to me.
"Can I spend the night at your loft?"
"To avoid your sister?" He raised his eyebrow.
"Well not just that, to spend another night with you." I gave him a reassuring smile.
"Hmmmm...." He said crossing his arms.
"Pleeeeeaaassseeee Tobbbbyyyy." I begged wrapping my arms around his waist.
"I don't know Spencer." He said placing his hand on my bare back.
I stuck my bottom lip out and kissed his jaw.
"Please. I have to get away from Melissa and Wren."
"I'm just not sure."
"What would it take for you to say yes?" I asked grabbing his hand.
"Marry me."
