soobin stared out of the classroom window sighing as he was on the verge of falling asleep.
"why must history be so boring?" he whined in his head.

then, he walked in..
choi yeonjun, soobin's crush.

"i-i'm sorry sir! i won't be late again, i swear!" he said in one breath.
"it's fine, go take a seat next to soobin and catch up." the teacher said making yeonjun nod and walk over towards soobin.

once yeonjun was situated, the quiet boy felt a nudge on his shoulder.
"here," soobin scooted his notebook closer to the boy,
"these are the notes i've taken so far." soobin said with a friendly smile

"a-ah thank you!" yeonjun said with a shy grin as he slowly took out a journal and copied down the taller's notes.
after about thirty or so minutes, the long awaited bell finally rung.

soobin whined as he knew he wouldn't have the privilege of sitting next to the elder in the next class,
since the shorter usually sat with his friends.
before leaving, soobin felt a tug at his sweater making him pause.
turning around he saw yeonjun biting his lips nervously, "u-uhm...soobin right?"
yeonjun asked making the older's heart flutter.

"yes, did you need anything?" soobin asked.
"o-oh no! it's just,, i was wondering if we could be f-friends?" the smaller asked, his cheek's
flushing pink due to embarrassment.
soobin felt as if the world stopped, d-did his crush really just ask him that?!

"i'd love to be friends with you, choi yeonjun." soobin smiled warmly
"really? great!" yeonjun stood up
"see you in the next class, binnie~" the older waved making soobin flush red

[time skip]
{3:15/after school}

soobin sat down on the wooden bench as he usually did after school.
from not to far away, he could see the field where yeonjun played baseball,
oh how he loved watching him practice.
it was definitely something he loved to do, it made a bad day better in seconds.

the smile he had on his face soon turned into a frown as he heard the voice of a certain girl.
kim eun-bi

(a/n: this is meant to be a fictional character created in the story,
not an idol)
soobin hated eun-bi with every part of his body.
he just wanted to get rid of her already.

"go junnie!" she yelled standing up on the bleachers.
can she just shut the fuck up? soobin rolled his eyes with annoyance
even from afar he could spot the uncomfortable look on yeonjun's face.

yeonjun was a quiet soul, and everyone knew this.
he was quite popular though.
it made soobin upset. even though everyone knew he was shy,
and liked to keep to himself, the boy was still targeted by many girls and boys.
all of the time they would "bother" yeonjun with their confessions,
only to end up heartbroken by the shy boy's rejection.

after about ten minutes, the girls annoying comment's wouldn't stop.
soobin had enough.
he knew yeonjun wasn't thrilled or happy with her behavior.
unhappy yeonjun? unhappy soobin.

soon yeonjun's baseball practice was over.
soobin hid behind a tree as he waited for the girl to pass.
the unsuspecting girl hummed to herself as she walked past a large tree.

just then soobin came behind her a put his hand over her mouth.
she attempted to scream and began to thrash around.
"don't be difficult!" soobin said annoyed as he dragged her to a nearby public restroom.
he threw the girl on the dirty floor.
when he was assured it was empty, he took out a knife and started walking closer to the crying girl

"n-no, please!" she sobbed.
soobin just started laughing at the "pathetic" sight.
"mmm, you shouldn't have messed with my yeonjunnie~" he said in a taunting voice.
"w-what?! 'your yeonjunnie??' Y-YOU'RE PSYCHO!" she screamed
"shut up!" soobin yelled, he then began to laugh emptily,

"aren't we all a little out of our minds?"
