After Ralph rejected Reya, he went home and started freaking out like he has germs all over him. He knows what is happening to the Junior's class because he has a few friends there. The two batch of classes are good friends until they found out a lot of things to turn against Reya and just bully her. Ralph texted his best friend Helene to tell her about the confession.

Reya's feelings were ultimately hurt because not only she got rejected, but Ralph never took her seriously and just laughed at her confessing her feelings for him and just left her like he didn't care. His apology was not sincere either on the rejection. But all in all, Ralph never apologized to Reya for what he did which left her in an unstable state.
It was not long after that that they started making fun of her because she had a huge crush on a senior student and a valedictorian given her current standards among everybody.
Everybody deemed Reya as "not perfect" that time. She was the ugly duckling of her class. Every other women gets respected but her because she looks totally different than everyone else.
Eventually Ralph and his classmates graduated but Reya was still getting constantly bullied by the other kids or her own classmates. No matter who she ends up liking. They claimed that the men who fall for Reya are "blind" because they base everything off of physical appearance.
After this incident, Reya never confessed to any guy that she likes ever again because she doesn't want to experience the same pain like she did with Ralph. But she believes one day she can muster the courage to do it again on a person she likes, just not at the time being.
