The next few days Miya had taken care of the girls, she did a lot of fun activities so they wouldn't have to worry about Nick. It's now Monday morning and Miya had to get the girls up for school. She walked into the room where Ell was sleep. "It's time for school sleepy head" Miya sat down on the bed. She reached up pushing some of Ell's hair from her face. "Come on, I have waffles downstairs" she said.

A small smile came upon Ell's face, she opened up her eyes then looked at Miya. "You had me at waffles" she said. She pulled the blanket back then hoped out of bed, she slid on the slippers Miya had brought her yesterday.

Miya laughed as Ell ran down the stairs. She soon arrived at Mykie's room, she knocked before entering. "Hey, looks like you're ready for school" she said.

"I'm not going to school" Mykie was sitting on the bed lacing up her black converse. "I want to go with you" she stood up.

"I don't think that's a good idea" Miya sighed. "I wouldn't want Nick to get upset with me if you're not in school" she replied. "But I will promise you something, whatever I find out. I'll text you immediately" Miya adds.

Mykie sighed. She knew Nick wouldn't allow her to skip school for this. She nodded her head not happy with the idea. "Fine but please message me" she said.

Miya gave her a nod. Her emotions were high at this point. If Nick wouldn't get a bond, she'd ask Reece to say or do something. She watches at Mykie walkes out the room. She stood there for a few seconds, letting her mind wonder. "Let's get through this day" she muttered. She then followed behind Mykie.

After breakfast Miya dropped the girls off at school. "I'll see you guys after!" she called out. Both girls waved at her before entering the school. When they were out of sight, Miya drove off.

Upon arriving at the courthouse, she seen quite a few people out there. They were talking to Phoenix, she didn't expect Nick would have this much support. She parked her car then got out, heading towards the group. "Hey" she gave them a wave.

They all looked at her like she was an alien. Phoenix noticed then shook his head. "Ignore them, they don't know how to act" Phoenix said.

"It's totally fine" Miya smiled. "Umm what time does he go in?" she questioned.

"In about ten minutes so we better get inside" Phoenix said. Most of the guys were talking to each other.

Miya quietly follows behind the group. Her heart was pounding in her chest, her palms began to get sweaty. She was getting her own self worked up. Miya had to mentally count to ten in her head or she'd end up having a massive panic attack. Once she arrived inside the room, she sat next to Phoenix.

About three minutes later, they brought the prisoners in. There were shackles on their feets and arms, wore a green jumpsuite instead of the traditional orange. When Nick walked into the room, he spotted Miya immediately. He smiled just a little, it was good to know she was there for him in his time of need. It was making his fall for her even more.

The judge went through a few names before calling Nick's named. He began to read Nick's chargers. "Guilty or not guilty?" he asked.

"Not guilty your honor" Nick simply replied.

The prosecutor had spoke up way too soon then she should have. "He's a risk to the people in Chicago" she said. "Sells drugs, fights and I mean look at him" she insulted his looks.

"Excuse me your honor but my clients looks have nothing to do with this case" his lawyer spoke up. "He's not a risk, I say give him a bond" he adds.

The judge leaned back in his chair, he looked between them. Miya knew this was going to end badly, she pulled out her. She made sure no one was watching because you weren't allowed to have phones in there. ~Get here now, I need you to help get Nick out. I'm sure the judge won't give him a bond. You know this man, you two golfed~

After the text was sent Miya put the phone away, she looked up at the judge waiting for him to say something. It was making her quite nervous.

"After everything I've seen about you, no bond would be the best thing to give you" the judge said. He continued to stare at Nik but once the doors open to the court room, he looked up to see Reece.

Reece had been in the neighborhood when Miya sent him the text. He loved Miya, do anything for his couins even if it was getting her drug dealer boyfriend out of jail. When he locked eyed with the judge, he shook his head. Giving him a sign that he needed to give Nick a bond. The only reason he was doing this, was because he saved the judge many of times.

The judge reached up the banged the gravel. "The bail is at one thousand dollars" he then got up to leave.

Miya sighed happily, she looked over at Phoenix. "Do you need some money to get him out?" she asked.

"I already got it covered" Phoenix said. "I'll go give the bonds man a call but then again, I think he's already out there" he added. He got up and walked out the door with the others.

When Miya spotted Reece, she walked over to him. She gave him the biggest hug. "Thank you" she pulled away.

"No problem, you're so lucky I love you" Reece chuckled.

Miya giggled some. The both of them started to make their way out the courtroom. When they were finally outside, the jail was releasing Nick. When Miya spotted him, she grabbed Reece's hand pulling him towards the group. "I want you to meet Nick" Miya soon let of his arm. She walked up to Nick giving him a kiss on the cheek. "I want you to meet my couin" she said.

Miya garbbed his hand then turned towards Reece. The guy moved closer towards Nick, he held his hand out to shake. "I'm Reece Salvatore" he said.

"I'm Nick, it's nice to meet you" Nick nodded his head. He reached over shaking Reece's hand. He didn't know what he was going to do now, Reece was Miya's cousin.
