The sharp pain that zapped through my stomach woke me up and I woke up drenched in my sweat and I'm sure I didn't have a nightmare

I cried out in pain as the pain shot up my abdomen in different kinds of colorful pains, I felt the tears trickle down my face as I buried my head in the pillow

I frequently had stomach aches but not as bad as this, I've never experienced any kind of pain in my life like this

The pain was unbearable, sitting up was another problem cause i started seeing double, i didn't know what to do, it feels like I'm dying

Like I'm getting stabbed continuously in my stomach, the pain didn't stop and I clutched to my stomach, I felt a pool down there and switched on the bedside lamp raising my hand to my face

The color from my fave drained when I saw my blood red stained hands

I'm not supposed to be bleeding during pregnancy right

I dialed Adnaans phone when I started feeling really drowsy, he picked up but I couldn't talk, I cried out in pain when I felt another pang

My baby

I could hear his voice in the background even though the phone was close to my ear, minutes later I thought I would pass out but the pain only got worse

A dull ache cried in my lower back and I cried falling on the ground in a thud, I couldn't see anymore

The pain was blinding my vision, I could feel it in me, I could feel the lightweight in my stomach

It's like the baby in me was suddenly taken out

I heard the door open and Adnaan called my name out but came around when he herd my cries, he first looked at me before switching on the lights

"Blood?" He rasped our when he saw the sheets "Adnaan my baby" I cried when he cane closer to me

"What are you saying? Noor? Are you okay?" He asked I shook my head clutching to his shirt to stop the pain in my lower back and abdomen

He scooped me up and I bit my lip in pain when I felt his thumb stroke my lip "your lip is bleeding, Noor please talk to me" he urged as he placed me on his laps and sat at the foot of my bed

"I'm sorry Adnaan if I ever did anything to you but...." I couldn't utter the rest because the next thing I saw was darkness

She fainted on me and I lost it at that moment, picking her I didn't care the blood that is currently staining my grey sweatpants or her body i just picked up a veil on the couch and covered her rushing her to the hospital

The doctor and his group immediately came with a stretcher as they wheeled her in and the doctor cane to speak to me

"What happened"

"She called me and when I came she was on the floor bleeding and then I asked her what happened then she told me 'her baby' and then she passed out"

"Where was she bleeding from"

"Doctor I don't know but it's from her waist below" I replied and he nodded "thank you, well run tests on her, she's going to be okay sir" he gave me a tight-lipped smile and walked away

Im so confused right now, i was on my laptop when her call came, I wanted to ignore it but I answered cause why will she call me in the middle of the night
