"Do you want to come along?" He asked as we arrived at Khairs Islamiyya and I shook my head "it's okay, I'll surprise here in the car" he nodded and stepped out and I clicked the lock

I saw his call about five minutes later "what wrong? Haven't you seen her?"

"Come to the Admin office" his voice was gruff and he sounded angry so I fixed my veil and asked a girl who directed me with a big smile

"You're pretty MashaAllah" she gushed and I blushed "so are you, thank you" I smiled as she walked away after taking me to the door

"I don't pay her fees to get her beaten, her mum called to say she was late for a reason and you still beat her, do you think she's a big girl, she's a child for God's sake, and besides are you supposed to be hitting women" he seethed and my brows furrowed as I got in

"Khair?" I called, her face was buried in her hijab and she looked up at me cheeks and nose tainted pink and it looks like she has been crying

"Afuan sir, we really didn't know this will happen!" I guess the principal stood up and kept the pen he was holding down

"Where is the Malam?" Adnaan asked and the principal shook his head and he turned to give me a confused look as I picked Khair

"Baby girl what's wrong?"

"My Quran Malam hit me on my hand and it's bleeding, Princess Noor it's so painful" she sobbed and hugged my neck as she gently sobbed which gained Adnaans attention

"Adnaan? I'll take Khair to the car she is already crying I don't want her to have a headache" I nodded to the principal and stepped out with Noor in my arms as we walked to the car and I opened it turning it on

"Khair?"

"Yes! I missed you princess Noor" she hugged my neck again and I smiled at her small gesture "are you feeling Okay, here we'll wash your palms with warm water"

I brought out my flask from the backseat and opened the door washing her palms, I always carried hot water around cause it helps with the tummy aches

She hissed in pain as I blew it "sorry baby, what happened?" I asked and she laid her head on my chest "I came late cause the Granny called and Maami had to go and then Daddy is not around so she called to say that I'll be a little late cause we went to Grandmas house"

"I'll ask Adnaan if we can go shopping and I'll buy you chocolate, kinji?"

"Than....." the door opened and an angry Adnaan entered slamming the door but not too hard to scare Khair

"Hey Princess, are you alright?"

"Yes! Princess Noor said we're going to buy chocolate" she giggled her giggles making my chest vibrate, he looked at me and mouth 'coffee' then smiled to Khair

"We're not going for chocolate, Princess, were going for ice cream" He leaned in and kissed her cheek his scent invading my private bubble

"Judging by the way you're looking at me do you want one?" He raised a brow making me roll my eyes, this is the same guy who was about to crash this whole school and he is the one acting so cocky

"Pass! By the way you know we're in khairs Islamiyya bah"
