"finally !" i said to myself , i was on a job to protect a village for the past to weeks and was finally being able to come home and sleep in my nice and comfortable bed, AND i get to see my pink-headed best friend knowing that he was upset that i took a job without him.
as i near the corner of my house i start to smell a sulfur smell as if something burning. due to me being a Nature dragon slayer i was able to smell it as soon as i hit the corner.
I continued my walk to my house noticing the suns going down quite a bit.
*time-skip*
i'm almost to my house and notice the burning smell is getting worse i start to worry a little, seeing as smoke is covering the sky.
i finically get to my house and notice smoke coming out of it, i calmly walk to it not even bothered by the smoke at this point knowing exactly what- or who i should say it's from.
i sigh heavily and open my door with boredom and annoyance filling up my emotions. The smoke hits me in the face as i walk in making me cough a little and cover my hand around my nose.
i walk to the kitchen noticing that's where it's coming from and look around only to see a pink tuff of hair frantically try to stop the fire only causing it to become bigger.
I watch for a bit with a smirk on my face and i finally decide to make my presence known.
I clear my throat just a bit and that causes him to freeze in his spot and slowly turn around with a frightened smile.
i slowly look him in the eyes and open my mouth to speak before he could
" what did you do ?"
"I-i um-"
"No stop, i don't want to know, clean it up"
