jeongguk huffs as he finally got to change in his comfortable hoodie and pajamas, putting his hood on top of his head.
seoul was getting much colder by the feels of it and jeongguk knew he had to change his clothing routine unless he don't want being seen dead somewhere. the younger really loves only wearing shirts that's why.
jeongguk peaked his head above his own bed, seeing the older playing with his phone with a grumpy expression.
"yah hyung, why aren't you talking to me?" jeongguk asked, his lips formed in a semi-pout as he stared at the older who is now looking down at the younger.
taehyung sighs as he brushes his brown hair back in annoyance, climbing down his bed and plopping into jeongguk's own bed.
"what do you even want me to say?" taehyung faced the younger once again as he laid on the younger's bed, as if he owns it.
jeongguk frowns. he is really mad, and i don't know why.
"aren't you supposed to be happy? we just met our high school friend earlier! aren't you happy at all? or just shocked?" jeongguk tilts his head as he continued to stare at the older.
taehyung huffs as he looked back at his phone.
"you mean your high school friend? we weren't friends in any way, we were just in the same class, nothing special." taehyung said, his eyes glued on his phone screen.
jeongguk frowns as he scoots closer to the brown haired boy who is laying on his bed.
"but why are you not talking to me? when we were walking back here, you're just spacing out, as if i'm not around." jeongguk quietly said.
taehyung bit the inside of his cheek, thinking about what happened earlier at the park.
"yah, what the hell?! why are you even pulling me?!" taehyung tried to push the blonde-head beside him but to no avail.
"just shut up will you? i'm helping eunhyuk here." minjae whispers to the younger, stealing a few glances to jeongguk and eunhyuk who are now sitting on the bench together.
taehyung's eyebrows kept curling as he heard the older's statement.
"what do you mean?" taehyung asked, trying not to stutter.
minjae smirked as he nudged taehyung with his elbow.
"eunhyuk likes jeongguk, and i'm here to help him, as his hyung. why kim taehyung? are you somewhat protective of the kiddo right there? you told me before that you don't like him, right?" minjae asked, his smirk not leaving his lips.
taehyung bit on his lips harshly as he glanced on jeongguk who is staring at eunhyuk.
"i—i don't like him." taehyung managed to say, his voice soft.
minjae smirked as he patted the younger's back, like his long time friend.
"now you don't need to protect jeongguk, because he already have eunhyuk by his side. you can find a girl now or something, stop locking youself, ok?" minjae said, his voice clearly meant to tease the younger who is now boiling in anger.
taehyung tried to control his anger, but to no avail. he hated hearing those words, especially from minjae.
the younger harshly pinned the older to a wall, grabbing his collar with gritted teeth and scary eyes.
"don't you dare say that to me bastard. i'm not forcing myself on jeongguk. we've been friends ever since kids, so you don't have any right to say that straight to my face when you've only met him once at the party." taehyung said between gritted teeth as minjae only looked at him with an amused expression.
"so you do like him kim." minjae said as he shoved the boy's chest away from him.
taehyung looks back at jeongguk's figure who is now smiling at eunhyuk.
"yeah, i like jeongguk. why do you even care? but thanks for making me realize my feelings for him." taehyung sighs as he leaned back on the wall beside minjae as he continued to stare at jeongguk and eunhyuk who are now close to each other.
"do you like him?" taehyung managed to ask with a straight face, his eyes now glued to the younger's eyes.
jeongguk's heart beat suddenly went faster, afraid for some reason.
"i don't like him hyung, you know that. even if we're friends, i don't have any feelings whatsoever with eunhyuk." jeongguk said as he looked down on his lap, not wanting to make eye contact with taehyung.
taehyung suddenly smiled at the younger's statement, quickly covering it with his hands.
"i—i'm just asking, so, do you want anything? food or something? i can cook for you." taehyung asked the boy who is now looking down shyly.
jeongguk looks up, immediately meeting with taehyung's mesmerizing eyes.
"i don't want anything hyung. can i just cuddle with you?" jeongguk squeaked out, not realizing what he just said.
taehyung chuckled at the younger who is now beet red from the embarassment.
does he even know that i like him? i'm being too obvious am i? jeongguk thought as he glanced again at the older who is now smiling with an amused expression written on his face.
"i—i mean—"
"we can cuddle, it's cold anyways and i don't think hugging a pillow will solve the problem. you'll be my pillow for today." taehyung said with his smile not leaving his lips.
jeongguk immediately gulped at the male's statement which made him subconsciously stand up, earning a confused stare to the older.
"u—uh, i'll just go to the bathroom real quick hyung." jeongguk stuttered as he pointed at the door of the bathroom and dashed inside, not letting the older react.
should i just tell him my feelings? it could go very smoothly or badly if i did. taehyung thought as he nibbled with his lower lip, arguing with himself.
meanwhile in the bathroom, jeongguk is biting on his nails frantically.
"why am i even biting my nails? it's not even our first time cuddling. i'm just being overreacting." jeongguk nodded to himself as he quickly washed his face with water, going out of the bathroom to see taehyung already sleeping on jeongguk's bed.
jeongguk tiptoed through his bed, not wanting to wake the older up but it didn't worked.
when taehyung saw jeongguk scooting farther from taehyung, the older immediately pulled the younger closer to him.
that action made jeongguk blush, taehyung subconsciously smiling as he wrapped his arms around the boy.
"we should sleep now ggukie." taehyung huskily said as he closed his eyes.
jeongguk slightly nodded as he wrapped his arms around the older's waist, sniffling the older's scent.
