FAKE ACCOUNTS

If people really think that they could fool us then it's high time people need to get their facts corrected.

And then Account number 3 which was created just 2 hours back:

All these accounts were especially created to vote on one particular story and after that there are no before and after activity on this account.

So we just want to ask do these people really think that we are fools who wouldn't know what they are upto.

It's pretty clear that these accounts had been made just to cast vote on one particular story on Infinity Awards.

We aren't accusing the writer as he/she might not even know about such things however we can't overlook such a big incident as a "COINCIDENCE" as well.

That's why we have DM'ed the writer and had requested to get back into touch with us and only after we have a proper conversation and discussion about this only then we would take any appropriate step about this.

And yes if by any chance it is found out that the nominee is somehow involved in such act than in such case the nominee and their story would be straight away disqualified from the running.

Nominees and Writers need to take this very seriously.

There are many other nominees and their readers who are doing their best in a fair manner to make sure their favourite writer continues to be in the running but act like this seriously need to be stopped and severe action had to be taken against it.

We are constantly monitoring the votes.

Even after constant reminders we still are finding people who are still voting more than 10 times and when we are confronting them they are only saying one thing "Sorry it happened by mistake".

We have put up rules of voting pretty much from the beginning and even after that there are some people who are trying to get away with it but not anymore.

That's why from now we won't say one single word or won't remind anyone anymore..

..rather we will simply disqualify all the votes of any such person who had casted even one single extra vote than the required one.

Yes..

..we will disqualify all the votes of all such people who will cast more than 10 votes on one particular story without giving them any more chance.

As per those fake accounts are concerned we are not only going to disqualify those votes but we will also report such account to Wattpad Officials.

We have stated this repeatedly play fair..

..but unfortunately some people just don't understand this concept..so it's high find action needs to be taken against them.

It's a request to all the nominees and voters please do inform us of anything sceptical if any one of you come across such acts.

Together with you all only will it be possible to make sure that Infinity Awards be concluded in fair manner.

Hopefully this kind of act won't be repeated..

..but in case it does then be assured of it that severe actions will be taken against such act.
