"Number 2 is Jessica Tere" . Everyone was shocked . "Why is everyone shocked" I asked Liam . "Because she always gets first place" he said in shock . Ashton didn't really care . "Oh my god ,she's going to be fuming" Lisa laughed . "Also Ashton's Ex But he was never with her, if you know what I mean" Lisa said . I rolled my eyes and laughed .

"The winner gets that crown and a golden rose" Lisa said in awe . "That doesn't seem that cool" I said . "It is , trust me" she said . "Why wasn't your name called" she asked me . I shrugged . "Probably not even in the 200" I joked . "But your stunning" she said confused.

"And the winner of this years rating game is ......" we all waited as the announcer opened the envelope. His face looked confused. "Who is this" the announcer asked his friend beside him . "A new girl" he said . "Ella Smith" he announced. "Wait what" Lisa said shocked . "That's me" I said . Ashton turned to me and smiled . "I told you , you would be my number one" He said . I smiled at him . Maddie looked at me with absolute jealousy. "Go get your prize Ella"Lisa said .

I got up and walked up to the announcer. "Congratulations" he said handing me the golden rose . "Thank you" I smiled awkwardly. I was embarrassed. Everyone was looking at me . Guys were whistling and people were cheering . He took out the crown and placed it on my head . "The new queen" the announcer spoke and people cheered . I stood there not knowing what to do as Ashton laughed at me .

I walked back down to Ashton into his arms , everyone's eyes still on me . I buried my face into his neck . "It's okay , I've got you" Ashton whispered . Mason came running over with his friends . "Ashton , did you see me beat him up" Mason said happily . "I'm proud of you" Ashton said high fiving him .

"Come on boys" Mason said about to run off . "Oh Ella , you look beautiful" he said before he ran off . "He's more your brother than mine" I said . "He was raised like a Carter so he will act like one but he has your blood not mine" Ashton said .

"True" I said .

"Ashton Carter , how you got her will never be known" a guy said as Ashton rolled his eyes . "Shut the fuck up,Silent" Ashton snapped . Silent smirked at me and I just stood next to Ashton awkwardly. "The fuck you looking at" I said . "You've got a nice body , mind if I take her around back Ash" Silent joked. "No" Ashton said getting mad .

"If you take me around me around back , it'll be me walking out of there and you with a knife in your neck" I scowled at him . He kind of freaked out by that . I'm done taking people's bullshit . "I'm Ashton's , not yours" I said to Silent who was no longer smiling . "You heard the woman" Ashton said . "Take her around back if you want" Ashton said signaling to me .

I looked at Ashton as if he was crazy . "Okay" Silent said shrugging grabbing my arm . I looked at Ashton shocked . He was actually going to let him take me . Ashton stared at me blankly. "Your just going to let him fucking take me" I said trying to get out of this guy's grip . Ashton looked at me .

Mason ran over . "Silent What are you doing" Mason said angrily . For an eight year old , he was brave . "Mason , come here , leave her be"

I looked at Ashton heartbroken . He looked away . Maddie watched me being dragged out the back and did nothing . She just stared at me . Dylan did the same but atleast he looked bothered .

I started to tear up as we reached the door . It's like everything was in slow motion. I think I was going faint . I can't believe he'd do this to me . How could he . I trusted him .

It was freezing outside. It had started to snow since it was heading into winter . "No please dont" I begged almost crying. "Not so strong now are you" Silent hissed. He unzipped his pants . "Not again" I whimpered as I shut my eyes. He had me pinned to a wall . He was about to take my dress off when suddenly a knife was in his neck .

It was Ashton . "She said there would be a knife in your neck , she never said she'd put there" Ashton growled furiously at Silent who was choking on his own blood .

I looked at Ashton shocked . "You didn't think I was actually going to let him rape you" Ashton said confused. I threw myself into his arms . "I'd never leave you Ella" he said holding me . I was out of breath .

"I can't believe you thought I'd let him take you" Ashton said a little hurt . "What else did u expect" he said . "I don't know , I've been lied to so many times and hurt so many times that I'm not surprised by anything anymore" I said looking at him .

"I wouldn't do that to you" he said softly . "But you already have" I replied looking at the ground . "Well I won't do it again and let's go inside , it's fucking freezing" Ashton said shivering .

I smiled slightly as we walked back in .

Ruelle , war of hearts was on . "Would you like to dance" he whispered to me as I watched people dance . "I can't dance" I said as if he was joking .

"Come on I'll teach you" he said dragging me onto the dance floor . I was hesitant at first but eventually gave in for him . "Just follow my lead" he said taking my hand .

He placed his hands on my waist as I placed mine around his neck. He looked at me and we swayed to the song . He knew the song and lip synced it to me . I giggled as he smiled happily. He twirled me around and bent me over his arm . When I came back up his face was inches from mine .

"Ella you make me feel things that many girls have tried and failed" he said . "I need you" he said . "You are the good in me" he said . "And I need good" he begged . It's like he was begging me to stay .

"Ella , we're both broken but I'm willing to try this if you are" he whispered in my ear . "I want you to be mine , will you be my girlfriend" he asked , he was nervous ,I could tell. He was stiff , it was cute actually. I couldn't help but smile .

"Yeah" I said . I seen a smile appear on his face . "Are you sweating" I joked at him being nervous. "I swear I felt you shaking for a minute" I laughed . "Okay enough" he smiled turning from me . I made him look at me . "Ashton Carter , who would've known" I laughed . "Who would've known what" he questioned. "Who would've thought the broken girl from school would end up with you" I said smiling at him as the lights dimmed down .
