I had a lot of comments on this one, so I thought it would interest you guys if I did an entire issue on it.
With reports of Luka getting the snake miraculous and other previous spoilers, this episode sure has a lot of theories we can talk about.
Also, I've done a little more of research. :)
Animaestro sounds like: -anime -animate (makes something come alive?) -animals
But did you know that maestro can mean "a distinguished conductor or performer of classical music."

I think SpringStar186 is right: Animaestro could be a combination of animate and maestro. So as SpringStar186 says, it could mean the akuma can use music to perhaps bring inanimate objects to life.
And since it's confirmed Luka will get the snake miraculous (remember those pictures?), he probably will be akuamtised and become Animaestro and somehow get the miraculous somewhere near this time in the plot.
It's also possible that the snake miraculous could have powers relating to music. Say it wasn't Luka who will get akuamtised into Animaestro - Ladybug and Chat Noir would need a musical-related miraculous because none of their new powers cover music. Ladybug will think of guitar-and-her-heart-strumming Luka.
There's such thing as snake-charmers, too.
So the snake Miraculous could have the powers of persuasion, perhaps similar to Rena Rouge's. She had a flute and creates illusion (lies) and the snake miraculous could have a pungi, another woodwind instrument used to charm snakes. Except instead of charming snakes, they charm people.

He/she knew they wouldn't have permission by Master Fu. "We are also very lucky that the guardian of the Miracle Box agreed to it too." He's making them feel guilty. Just like when Trixx tells Alya that's she right - she'll make an awesome superhero, when she's refusing to give back the miraculous to Ladybug in Sapotis.
An alternative route is that Animaestro is for animal master. And Luka could get the snake miraculous which could have the power of charming animals. Think snake charmers, who charm snakes with a pungi.
I'm with the music idea only because Luka seems attached to his guitar and music. He kinda has the emo look too.
