Dyllan blinked rapidly behind his glasses as his bottom lip stuck out.
"Don't make fun of m-me Harmonee."
Harmonee continued to clown him, ruining the whole mood of dinner.
"It's not my fault you're slow." She giggled. "You're the one that has to repeat pre-K."
"I don't even believe in hitting kids but i'd set fire to your ass in a quick second."Ma spoke up. "Such an ugly little girl."
"Nah, I'm cute." Harmonee protested her grandmother.
"Daddy and Bubba tell me that everyday."
Taymor cleared his thoat and I could feel the judgement radiating off of them. Like most people they thought we were too young for the responsibility we had at our age, and often felt like we handle situations poorly. There were always different approaches to parenting though.
"Dyllan guess what?" I spoke, getting his attention.
"What?" He sniffed, looking up.
"When Harmonee wakes up her breath is worse than me and Taymor's combined."
"Hey! Thats not true." She whined.
"Yes it is shitty mouth." Taymor said, filling the whole table with giggles.
"R-Really?" Dyllan asked.
"Yup, and she gotta nappy ass head just like your daddy." Mama butted in.
