Chocolate M&M Cookies are soft, chewy and are quite literally crusted with mini M&Ms! These cookies are thick and fudgy.

~Ingredients:

2/3 Cup Butter, room temperature.

1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar.

1/2 Cup Brown Sugar.

1 Egg.

1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract.

1 1/2 Cups Flour.

1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder.*

1 Teaspoon Baking Soda.

1/2 Teaspoon Salt.

1 Teaspoon Corn Starch.

1 Bag of Mini M&Ms.

~Directions:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Line a tray with parchment paper.

Step 2: In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the butter and both of the sugars. Cream together for two minutes.

Step 3: Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add in the vanilla and the egg. Mix until combined.

Step 4: Add all of the dry ingredients to the bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.

Step 5: Use a cookie scoop and scoop the dough into balls.

Step 6: Roll each ball of dough in a bowl of Mini M&Ms, pressing the candies onto the cookie dough.

Step 7: Press the tops of the cookie down to flatten a little.**

Step 8: Bake on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes. Do not over bake!

Step 9: Cool the cookies before serving.***

~Recipe Notes:

*If you want to make vanilla cookie dough then just leave out the unsweetened cocoa powder when making the dough.

**The cookies won't spread much while baking.

***The cookies might look a little underdone when you pull them out of the oven, just let the cool on the pan and they will taste great!

Enjoy!
