"So, what are you doing here?" Haru asked. "I mean, why did you decide to stop by?"

Rin chuckled. "Did you really think that I wouldn't stop in when I got back?"

Haru looked at his lap. "Yeah, kinda."

"Haru, I'm not that mean." He smiled softly.

Makoto watched the two of them converse. "I'll get you guys something to drink, so if you'll excuse me." Makoto ducked out of the room and into the kitchen.

He could hear the murmurs from the living room as he opened the fridge and grabbed two cans of soda. He stalled time by getting glasses to pour the drinks in.
The drinks hissed as he poured them into a glass slowly, trying to avoid it fizzing over.

He took a deep breath before walking back out to the living room and setting the drinks down on the coffee table.

"Thanks, Makoto." Haru said.
Rin nodded in gratitude as he drank his soda.

Makoto stood there awkwardly before excusing himself once more to go upstairs.

He woke Ren and Ran up, explaining that they had company.

"Mako-nii?" Ran tugged at his shirt. "Are you okay?"

Makoto smiled at his sister before crouching down to her level. "Yes, I'm fine. Don't worry about me. Why don't you and Ren head to the kitchen to eat." He pulled her closer and gave her a kiss on the top of her head.

She nodded and skipped past him.

Makoto sighed as he stalked into his bedroom. It felt like such a long time since he's actually been in his room. He's been spending every night in Haru's room for about a week now.

He sat down on his bed. He though of Haru, and let his mind wander. He let it wander to his fave. His eyes, how they would look glazed over as Makoto would nip at his neck and collarbone. He though of his hands. How they would feel against his back and in his hair.

Makoto shook these thoughts off and sat up. He had to stop thinking. He paced around his room for what felt like only a few short minutes, that is until Haru opened the door.

"Hey, Rin's gone now."
Makoto looked at him confused. "He just got here."
"Makoto, we were talking for like and hour and a half."
He walked towards him and hugged him. "Haru?" Makoto gasped as his body pressed against his own. Although they've touched like this before, it came as a shock every time.

"Hm?" Haru hummed in response. His breath tickled Makoto's neck.

"Do you love me?" Makoto's voice was small and quiet.

Haru squeezed Makoto's body tighter to his own. "Of course."

"Th-then," Makoto took a deep breath. "How come you haven't... y'know?"

Haru pulled away. "What do you mean?"

"Well, y'know?" Makoto couldn't think of a different way of saying it without saying it flat out.

"No." Haru chuckled. "I don't know."

"I don't know how else to explain this."

"Just say it without using code words." Haru mumbled.

"Why..." Makoto groaned and covered his eyes. "WHY HAVEN'T YOU TOUCHED ME YET?"

"What?"

"Haru, it's driving me CRAZY!" He could feel his face heating up. "I can't stop having these thoughts and it's killing me"

"So... you're frustrated?" Haru let out an amused snicker.

"Don't laugh at me.." Makoto whined in embarrassment.

Haru strolled back over by Makoto. He stood on his tiptoes so he could whisper into his ear.
"Sorry, it's just that I didn't know you were that fretful."

"Uuuuuuugggghhhhh" Makoto groaned in embarrassment.

Haru laughed once again before planting a kiss on his cheek.
