See? You probably imagined scenarios for each and every one of the sentences, huh? Well it's easy when you have the context. You've lived through every single one of those phrases, and all of them sounded heavenly listening to his voice. Just him calling you my dear Is the best feeling anyone could give you ever.

"I'm sorry, my dear. I'll never leave you alone for that long again." Boop

"You did WHAT!? My dear, how many times do I have to tell you to leave fighting team skull to me!? You could have gotten hurt!" Boop

"I don't like him, my dear. He gets too close to you. You're too precious to me to lose. I just... I don't want you leaving me for him." Boop 

"This is too precious! Hold still my dear, let me go get my camera!" Boop

Okay on that last one before you readers get your panties in a wad wasn't because you had to go and visit some extended family out of the region and Ilima was worried you'd fall in love with someone else over there so he wanted you to Stay. You weren't cheating on him or anything. You love Ilima more than anything in the world. Your eyes the ultimate couple! Nothing can't break that! Now, back to the one liners that makes people fangirl and Boop their noses like crazy.
