Michael's POV "Conor Michael! Get up!" Brady yelled, whacking me with a pillow.
"Ugh, what?" I asked, sitting up and rubbing my eyes.
"We have this thing called school. You know? We go to it almost every day?"
I rolled my eyes. "Oh that. How much time do we have?"
"5 minutes," he said. He was all ready for school.
Usually it was Brady who didn't wanna get up.
"Is someeeeone eager to see their crush?" I asked, quickly getting ready.
His face turned red. "Shut up. It's just a crush."
"That she has back. You guys will be dating in no time. Especially with Sam and I as your matchmakers," I said proudly.
He groaned. "Great. Please don't do anything stupid."
"Who me?" I asked innocently.
He rolled his eyes.
"Conor let's go!!!!" Patrick yelled.
"My name's Michael!!!" I yelled, then ran down the stairs with Brady close behind.
Samantha's POV "I haaaaaaaaate geometry," I whined to Michael as he walked me to second period.
He smiled. "Who doesn't? You'll be fine. Can Brady help you?"
I shook my head. "He's as clueless as I am. We always have to get help from Mackenzie—she's literally the only person in the entire class who understands it."
Miss Warren actually helped us understand it, but her dad passed away and so she had to take this whole week off. This was only the second day with a sub, and we were all doing terrible. I don't even think the sub is an actual teacher.
He grinned. "Or maybe Brady does and just wants an excuse to talk to Mackenzie," he said.
I laughed as we reached the classroom. "Or that."
I sighed, glaring into the door.
He laughed. "Wanna ditch?" He asked, smirking.
I smiled. "That's actually really tempting. Maybe another time when it's not literally the second week of school," I said teasingly.
He laughed. "True. Everything's super strict right now. Give it a few weeks and everything goes crazy."
Little did I know how crazy it would actually get.

Soooo I finally updated this after 2 months!!! I'm gonna be updating a lot more now (hopefully) and I'm excited for what's to come.
I have spring break next week so I'm hoping to have a lot of updates, though I am going on vacation so we'll see.
Anyways, this chapter is like a preview for what's to come.
