Tears in your eyes
they glisten in the dark
making me hope
I could dry them away
Darling don't you give in
to this dark world
don't you torture yourself
until not a piece of sanity left
They aren't worth
your pain
they aren't worth
your cries
they aren't worth
the pureness you keep
hidden inside your spirit
You're a rarity
a unique black pearl
amidst the others
who claim to be white ones.
Don't you drown
deep in the ocean
of your sacred tears
where you won't be able
to see your own worth
in the blazing sun
