Chapter 13: Disbandment

"Love Live is only a month away," announced Umi, "We should refrain from doing any excessively strenuous exercise and preserve our strength."

"There's barely any practice sessions anymore, huh." I mentioned.

"Yeah, we even have off days now." Hanayo said.

"Yes. I heeded A-RISE's advice and included off days into our schedule. Honoka?"

"Hm?" Honoka seemed down.

"Were you listening?"

"Y-yeah, sorry."

"Oh yeah, Arisa-chan and Yukiho-chan both got accepted, right?" Maki asked.

"Yeah. The two of them are going to be new students at Otonokizaka this spring." Honoka said.

"Arisa-chan's been talking about joining μ's for a long time now, right?" Kotori said.

"Then does that mean we're getting a new member?" Hanayo asked.

"We're finally going to hit ten members!" Rin said.

"Wait, let's not..." Maki warned them. But it was already too late.

"You're... going to be graduating, right?" Hanayo asked Eli, Nozomi and Nico.

"I wonder about that," Nozomi said looking at Nico with her typical washi-washi eyes,"Will Nico-cchi actually be able to graduate?"

"Of course I will!"

A sudden silence hit their room.

"Hey (Y/N), what'cha doin'?" Yuriko, your fellow classmate appeared jumping behind you.

"Ahhhh!!!!"

"C-Calm down, dude."

"Y-Yuriko-san, are you trying to give me a heart attack?!"

"No, what? No! Of course not! Why would I even do that?"

I breathed heavily to calm myself down, I let out sigh, "So, what is it?"

"I just wanted to know what you were doing..."

"Well, I was just... uhh- viewing my browser... history..." I rubbed my cheek (it's a habit I have when I lie -Katakilu)

"Hmm..... really? It looked like you were listening or talking to someone"

"Someone? Why would I do that?"

"I dunno... after all not everyone especially you have only one friend..."

"Umm, what caused your curiosity?"

"Nothing much, just wanted to become friends with you... if that's okay with you..."

"F-Friends?"

"Yeah you know, like friends, hanging out and stuff..."

"S-Sure... but not right now 'kay?"

"Yep! We can hang out later!"

(Later that afternoon)

-Sigh- I spent the whole noon with Yuriko and now I'm practicing with μ's..."

"If three members of μ's are gone, can we even still call it μ's?" Umi asked while we were jogging.

"That's true, huh..." Kotori said.

"Why does a thing like graduation have to exist?" Honoka asked.

"Keep it going." Nico said abruptly, "Even if members graduate or drop out,you'll have to keep going under the same name. That's how idols work."
