Marshall-

I slide into a booth where all three daughters are sitting. Laney is texting on her phone, and gives me a quick eye, Whitney smiles and says hi, and continues to color, and Hailie just gives me a death glare.

" Hey girls, stuck in traffic this morning, sorry I'm late." I say and pick up  a menu and glance at food options.

"It's okay Uncle Marshall," Laney waves away my apology like the point I'm an hour late doesn't matter.

"Yeah, it's okay, but Hailie was like really made, thinking your girlfriend would be here, but I like her. What's her name again? For some reason I it reminds me of lima beans. Isn't that silly? And this new girl at school named Emelia . . ." Whitney blabs, well, before Hailie cuts her off.

"I wasn't mad about dad's girlfriend, just besides the point I thought this was going to be a father and daughters thing, not father, daughters, and girlfriend." Hailie crosses her arms.

Excuse me? Who is this, Little teenage Kim?

"Number one, young lady, I was not going to bring her along, because you are right, this is father and daughters, with no girlfriend, and I did say I was sorry for being late, so please no attitude. I am your father so respect me like you do your mother." I scold her, pointing my finger at her, and pick my menu back up, not really hungry because well, I just  ate Camilla's omelets a while a ago.

"Sorry." Hailie rolls her eyes.

Yeah, that's what her mother said too, after she sucked another guys dick.

The waitress comes by, " How about some food for this happy family?" She snaps her gum and gives us a big smile.

Hailie snorts, " Yes, this real happy family would like some drinks first ,please."

"Sure, Sugar, what would you like?" The waitress flips a fresh piece of paper over and waits.

We order and sit at the table silently.

"So", I begin, " How is everyone's day?"

"Fine," Laney says.

"Rainbow good!" Whitney smiles, and Hailie gives her a look.

"Just great." says Hailie.

"Hailie! No more attitude , I am serious!" I tell her.

What is wrong with her, and what has happened to my little girl?

Or have she never been as sweet as I thought she was.

Or is being in my relationship with Cammy ruining my relationship with my daughters.
