"Is uncle G coming?" Sky asked Ethan

"Nope, he said he's going to spend the next week with your granddad" He replied and they all sigh

"Okay, Bruno and Martha we'll be back Tuesday morning. Don't throw any parties while we're gone" Ethan says and they laugh

"Of course not Mr.Dolan"

"Xavier you drive the other car. I'll take the younger ones and the rest of you with Xavier" we all nod and Mark takes our bags and puts them in the trunk of the cars. Aaliyah, Cameron and Bailey went with Xavier. While me, Alex, Chris, and Sky went with Ethan.

All the kids except Sky were complaining about no wifi for 4 days. But what they don't know is that there is and Ethan just wanted to torture them. As for my other job, I talked to Nate about not being there today and he said it was okay because they were under construction. So I was very grateful for that. Even though I ended things with Nate we're still on good terms as friends. He's been one of my best friend for 6 years already, and he always will be.

"Blake, are you still dating that one guy?" Ethan suddenly asked

"Yes" I lied just to see his reaction. He mouths an 'oh' and clenched his jaw. Gripping on the wheel so tight making his knuckles turn white.

"Just kidding!"

"What?" I ask even though I knew what he was going to say

"I was just gonna say you are beautiful."

"Sure you were"

"Wake up losers we're here!" Ethan shouts waking us up. We all groan and he laughs. The drive was about an hour. Which it was only 8 in the morning and I'm still tried.

We all get off and grab our bags and get in the cabin. It was so beautiful, I actually never been in one. I'm not adventurous either so this is a good experience for me. All the kids jump on the sofa and lay down.

"Blake and I will be upstairs, and in a few minutes we'll make breakfast" we both grab the kids bags and go upstairs.

"Okay there's only 2 rooms. You can take one and me and kids will figure out the rest" he said

"No it's fine, I can take some kids with me"

"Or, we take one ourselves" he smirks

"tempting but no" he chuckles and I go in a room and place the bags on the bed.

"Actually, only three beds in this room and the main one has just one, so you, me and Sky" he says

"pretty sure I'll fit with the kids in some bed In this room" I protest

"Yeah but they're small, look. Chris and Alex in that one. Bailey and Aaliyah in the other one. Cameron and Xavier in this one. Then that leave us two with Sky in the big one"

"Fine, but Sky in the middle. And don't you dare cross my space" I warn

"Of course not"

"Hey mommy" Sky says coming in. What? Did she just? No, she didn't. Right? What the fuck? I look at her shocked and Ethan smiles. I'm-

"Mommy? Why'd you call her that?" Ethan kneels down and carries her

"Promise me daddy that if you ever marry again that Blake will be that girl. I want her to be my new mommy" Ethan looks at me shocked and I'm still there looking at them shook as fuck

"I promise, princess" He said and Sky pecks his cheek . They pinky promise

"Now go tell your siblings we'll be down in a bit" he puts her down and she goes back downstairs. I'm there frozen with my mouth and eyes still wide open. Ethan cups my cheeks with his hands

"She's just a little kid don't think about it too much"

"I-I don't know what to s-"

"Just know I'll keep that promise with her and won't break it" He says before going downstairs.

Holy shit.

I go downstairs and the kids were on their phones. I swear this generation is doomed. Who am I to talk? I'm on my phone 25/8

"Okay kids now that Blake is down, what should we all agree on eating?" Ethan asked. I take a seat in the middle of Aaliyah and Bailey.

"Pizza!" Sky suggested

"Princess, its 8:30 in the morning"

"So?" She questioned

"Good point, but there's no pizza place around here"

"Oh, then pancakes!"

"And what about Xavier? He can't eat that " who the fuck can't eat pancakes? Is he allergic to one of the ingredients?

"You remembered?" Xavier asked and Ethan looks at him and nods

"Of course I did, just like Aaliyah who's allergic to fur. Bailey to the smell of cigarettes. Sky to a certain medicine. Alex to almonds. Cameron and Chris who aren't allergic to anything"

"Wow, I thought you didn't remember"

"I mean just because I haven't interacted with you guys in over two years doesn't mean I don't remember things about you all. You guys are my children who I love with all my heart, even if I don't tell you guys enough"

"Oh yeah, what my favorite color!" Chris asked crossing his arms over his chest

"Yellow"

"Darn it you got it right!" Chris says

"Oh yeah what's mine?" Alex asks

"Purple"

"You're good" Alex said and they laugh

"now me!" Cameron said

"Green"

"You are good"

"Okay now me!" Sky said

"Sky blue"

"He is good"

"Bailey's is aqua, Xavier's is red, and Aaliyah's is Sapphire. Just like your mother"

"He remembers " Aaliyah mumbled which only I heard

"Guys guess what!?" Sky says. We all look her and she smiles widely

"Dad promised me that if he ever gets married again it'll be with Blake!" All the kids stare at Ethan then at me. Oh my.
