It takes courage to accept yourself
It takes strength to appreciate whom you're
For matters of life rate yourself
For matters of heart do your thing
Easy to feel inadequate
Easier to feel worthless
It takes willpower to stand for yourself
Against the base elements of nature
Little things that matter
In an empty world
Sometimes the best place to be is alone
The best conversations your own thoughts
The best music fluid silence
The best smile your own reflection
Find some beautiful place to get lost
Find some calm music to soothe your spirit
Find some simple reason to laugh hard
Cos at the end of the day
You're all you've got
Little things that matter
Fibres of being is a lone thread
Circle of happiness, a vacuum
Circus of love, series of betrayal
Themes of virtue, a lifetime of mistakes
Stories of success, a world of struggle
Sounds of laughter, echoes of sorrow
Bonds of intimacy, years of estrangement
Little things that matter
Work hard, you will make it
Pray hard, he's your Father
Never betray a friend, it haunts you
Smile slowly, radiate the beauty
Hug a friend, you get one back
Make your mother proud, she lives longer
Fall in love, greatest force on earth
