The dark, grey clouds
Obediently paves
Its route for rain
To make its wayThe first few drops
As I walk in the rain
A puddle crops
And washes the stainsI cup my hands
It fills and drips
A vessel it forms
As I walk and skipIn sudden rage
Torrents gush
a war, enraged,
And puddles rushThe thirsty land
In joy it glows
The muddy sand
Soon overflowsClinging clothes
soaked to my bones
Water filled shoes
With delight I moanFrom the heavens above
The lightning flash
The rain I love
Feel its splash!***
