The River - by aneesamuhammad786

The silvery, flowing river
On its path it meets
The pebbles and rocks
And crocodiles in between

The crabs and fish
Watchful for its rivals
Camouflages a haven
For the fight for survival

The weeds it carry
Guides them along
Companions for its journey
To the destination they belong

With a smile on its face
It reaches its end
Merges with the sea
To unite with its friend
