Chapter 23: Scarlet's Past

As Scarlet thought for a moment she remembered her past "Ok Koutei here it is my past." "It all started a long time ago when I was 5."
(Scarlet's POV in the past)
I woke up to the sound of my dad saying "Wake up Scarlet. You have to go to school." I rolled over "Ok Dad just five more minutes." Kyoya (my dad) shook his head "No honey you have to get up. Your Mother's going to kill me if you're late." I smiled "Ok Dad I'm up. Let's get ready to go!" Kyoya laughed "Yeah!" I got up and ran to my closet. I looked at all the outfits I had (my mom likes putting outfits together to help me get dressed in the morning). I chose one that had a short sleeved purple shirt, a silver vest, a black belt, and black jeggings. I put on my black and purple shoes and head for the kitchen. I walked in the Kitchen seeing my mom Phyrra making breakfast. I smiled and jumped on my dad's back "Hey Mommy. Hey Daddy. What you makin mom?" Phyrra smiled "I'm making chocolate chip pancakes with fresh fruit on the side. Oh and before I forget milk or orange juice to drink?" I smiled and jumped off my dad's back "Orange Juice, Orange Juice!!!" My mom laughed at the response "Ok." Phyrra looked at Kyoya "And what do you want to drink?" My dad smirks "Coffee, Coffee!!!" My mom, dad, and me start busting out laughing. I loved having them around. After breakfast I ran to the car and got ready for school. I looked over at my dad and asked "Can we listen to my favorite song?" He smiled and turned on one of my favorite songs 'Lolly' by Maejor Ali, Justin Bieber, and Juicy J. I smiled and started singing along. Just as the song ended we pulled up to the school. I got out and headed in. I walked in class and hurried to my seat. The teacher walked in and looked at the door "Ok students I have news. We have a new student joining us today. She transferred from Japan, so please show her some respect. We'll have a translator join our class until she learns English ok?." All the students laughed "Wow she is going to be fun to play with. We can pick on her and she won't know what we're saying." I stood up furious of what they were saying "Shut Up!!! You have no right to be mean to her! She is a new student and she will be treated like a regular student! And I dare you to pick on her! I dare you, because I won't care what a teacher does to me I will be at your behind! I'm here and I'm going to be her best friend got that! Now I'm sorry Ms.Ruby for yelling in class, but these jerks need to be told this before they get out of hand. Now that I've said what I have to say, please let her come in." My teacher stood in shock for a moment then yelled for the traslator to bring the new student in. She walked in and everyone was quiet. I bet they were taking back what they said, because she was beautiful. She actually was just as pretty as me. I know we are going to be best friends. I still couldn't help but know that she is going to be drooled over. She has long blue hair, bright blue eyes, milky white skin, and awesome fashion. She stood by the teacher and said "Kon'nichiwa watashinonamaeha Aichiandesu" The teacher turned to the translator with a questioning look. The translator smiled "She said "Hello my name is Aichian". Her full name is Aichian Sendou." I smiled and looked at her. She looked very friendly and sweet. I knew we were going to be good friends. The teacher silently thanked the translator and said "Aichian you can take a seat now." The translator looked at Aichian "Anata wa zaseki ga kakaru baai ga arimasu.". I looked confused until she smiled and walked to the seat next to me. Everyone stared at her with their mouths dropped. I smirked as they turned back around and class started. After the teacher finished class was over and it was time to go home. I stopped Aichian on her way out the door and looked at the translator "Can you ask her if we could be friends?" The translator nodded and looked at Aichian "Kanojo wa anata no tomodachi ni naritaidesu." When the translator said that I had to be honest I was a little scared of the answer. Aichian looked up an answered "Watakushiha tomodachi ni naritaidesu." I looked at the translator confused "She said "I want to be friends too."". I smiled and hugged Aichian she hugged back. I couldn't believe I had a friend, and a soon to be best friend at that. I walked with her outside then headed to my dad's car. When I got in the car I saw my dad with a sad face "What's wrong dad?" He looked at me and smiled weakly "We'll pumpkin, me and your mom are getting a divorce. I don't want you to be sad. Please, be strong for us. I just can't have you hurt." I looked at him with tears streaming from my face "It's ok dad I made a new friend today. She's from Japan." My dad hugged me "Oh that's great pumpkin, what's her name?." I looked at him and whipped my tears "Aichian, her name is Aichian." My dad paused for a moment "It's not Aichian Sendou is it?" I looked at him questioning why he had said that "Um, yes sir it is her." He sighed "That girl is going through a rough time. I met her father at work. He told me that him and his wife were getting divorced and he took custody of her while the mother took custody of her brother and unborn sister. He also told me she knows nothing about her. Honey I think you both could use each other right now." I looked at my dad's my eyes as big as a house "What she's going through the same thing I am?" My dad shook his head "Yes, yes she is." I looked out the window and thought 'Wow she looked so nice and like nothing was wrong. I wonder how she does it.' Just then a thought popped in my head. I looked at my dad "Why are you and Mom getting divorced?" My dad turned to me and looked worried of my answer "Well I found out I like guys not girls." I was confused for a moment "Mommy's leaving, because you don't like being around other girls?" He shook his head "No honey she's leaving because I don't... You know how Mommy likes likes me?" I shook my head Yes and he continued "Ok then what I'm saying is I found out I like like boys and I don't like like girls." I looked at my dad and saw the fear of what I'll say. He was expecting the worst. I smiled "Oh that's ok Dad. At least you were honest with Mom and didn't let her wait until you handed her a paper saying 'Bye Bye' on it. Plus I don't really care what or who you like Dad. I mean I do love having you and Mom together, but if your not happy then I'm not happy." My dad hugged me I smiled "Ok Dad let's go home." He smiled and drove to a new house. I looked confused then he told me that he let Mom have the house. He also told me that I get to live with him or Mommy. I knew from the start who I wanted to live with. The next morning dad drove me to school and I ran inside to find Aichian. She smiled and said "Kon'nichiwa Sukāretto." I looked at the translator "She said "Hello Scarlet."" I smiled "Kon'nichiwa...." The translator smiled "Aichiandesu" I thanked the translator and said "Kon'nichiwa Aichiandesu." She smiled and tryed to say "I'm... glad... we're...friends... Sukāretto." I smiled "I'm glad we're friends to Aichiandesu." She smiled and we walked to class. I was glad that I could now speak to her some. After we arrived to class the translator told me that she was teaching Aichian English. She offered to teach me Japanese, but I turned her down. I wanted to learn Japanese from Aichian. I think it'd be cooler that way. After class I'd hang out with Aichian. After about 3 years Aichian spoke fluent English. She came over to the house and taught me Japanese too. I loved having her around. She was like a twin. We both had divorced parents. We both lived with our dad's, and we both learned the others language (well I was learning her language). She actually was my sister. She thought the same thing. I was happy and so was my dad. He told me and Aichian that he found the perfect man. The man he had his heart set on. His name was Tamaki. Aichian and I squealed like fangirls and incuraged him to ask the guy out. He agreed and the next day he asked him. Aichian and I waited for him the next day after school. He pulled up with a huge smile on his face "Ok girls y'all are going to Aichian's house while I go get ready for my date." Aichian and I screamed ,and hurried over to her house. I couldn't believe my dad found the one.
(No one's POV in present day)
Koutei was shocked "Wow Scarlet, you and Aichian had quite the adventure. I'm glad I was able to hear your story." Scarlet smiled "Oh don't worry my story still continues. Aichian and I are best friends for life. I have her blood running through me, but that's another story. Anyway why did you take me on this walk?" Koutei sighed "Well I like you Scarlet and I wanted to tell you, but I got nervous." Scarlet covered her mouth tears coming from her eyes. Koutei sighed "I'm sorry I shouldn't have said anything. I'll go." Scarlet grabbed Koutei's hand and pulled him beside her "No, Koutei don't go I like you too. Actually I love you. So what do you say me and you." Koutei smiled and whipped away Scarlet's tears "Yeah me and you." Koutei kissed Scarlet and all the boys cheered. Scarlet turned to them and laughed "Hey guys where did Aichian, Aichi, Emi, Chrono, and Kyoya go?" Everyone turned beside them and behind them. Their mouths dropped as they realized they were gone. Scarlet smiled and looked at her phone. She turned to Koutei "I have to go take this call. It's from my mom. Ok?" Koutei smiled "Ok." Scarlet smiled and walked away from everyone "Hello?" "Hey Scarlet it's Aichian. Do you want to join us at......
