Rain.

You're seeing rain,

I see the approaching sun,

You say you hear misery hitting the windows,

And I say I'm hearing happiness, something that is making way for the fun.

You're hesitant,

Blind to the love,

Forever seeing yourself as alone,

Ignoring everything that possibly lies above.

You're seeing negativity in the skies,

I see clouds that are hiding the great,

You're seeing the approaching heartache for man,

I'm seeing the fading of a world full of hate.

You're seemingly lost to the shadows,

Now lacking a shine,

Walking around with your eyes shut,

Oblivious to a world you're free to design.

Don't see the faded strength,

Or the worlds running cosmetics ,

See it for the calm after the storm,

Not its current aesthetics.

I am the light,

You are the dark,

Come out into the rain,

Let it clear you of your clear negative spark
