I'm so fucking disappointed in the Panic fandom right now.
As many of you know, last night was Brendon's first night in Kinky Boots.
And all the Panic stans there were incredibly disrespectful.
They...
- Wore Panic merch (IT'S OPENING NIGHT YOU GOTTA DRESS IT UP A LITTLE)
- SCREAMED and clapped when Brendon came onstage and during his songs, which you are N O T supposed to do in a fucking Broadway show
- FILMED AND TOOK PICTURES, which is illegal
And as some of you may have heard, Daniel the director guy who's working on this project with Ryan confirmed that the two of them would be going to see Kinky Boots opening night.
PEOPLE LITERALLY SCREAMED ABOUT RYAN DURING INTERMISSION THAT IS NOT OKAY
+ people even l e f t during intermission to get out to the stage door so they could meet Brendon instead of staying for the second act
And at the stage door,,, it was a fucking mob scene. There was an insane crowd, literally people HANGING OUT OF TREES. PEOPLE NEED TO CALM THE HELL DOWN AND BE RESPECTFUL.
All in all, I'm just incredibly pissed and embarrassed.
People, PLEASE learn basic Broadway etiquette before you act crazy at a show and embarrass the entire fandom. IT'S A BROADWAY MUSICAL, NOT A FUCKING CONCERT. THERE IS A DIFFERENCE.
