RJ and Dei glanced at each other, their lips quivering in suppressed laughter as they listened to Athena singing her favorite song.

The little one was inside her playpen, building blocks while absentmindedly singing the song. The couple on the other hand were also busy, packing up for the big move the next day.

"Admit it, the lyrics are close enough," RJ said, chuckling.

"Yea... at least I can understand them a bit better now."

"And she's memorized the whole song. Amazing."

"Yea... have you heard her sing twinkle twinkle?"

"I don't think so."

She laughed. "You have to hear it. Athena?"

Athena looked at her. "Yea?"

RJ laughed quietly again, amused and smitten by Athena's adorable antics. She had picked up a lot of their habits and usual responses and most times RJ was just simply amazed at how quickly she learned.

"Can you sing twinkle twinkle for mommy and daddy, princess?"

"Twinkow twinkow?"

"Yep. Twinkle twinkle 🎶..." Dei began.

"Twinkow twinkow 🎶..." Athena took a deep breath before she started singing again...

"🎶 Twinkow twinkow, litow staw
Hawayandew watuwaw
Uppabove the wowz so high
Likeadayamom in the kyyy
Twinkow nomay ABC
Neksaym wonchu sing with meeeeee 🎶"

"That's a mashup, honey, but great job!" RJ said, laughing.

Athena beamed proudly and went back to playing.

The doorbell rang and Dei glanced at the door. "I think that's mom and dad, ready to pick Athena up. Let me get her things," she said.

RJ opened the door and true enough, Rose and Ricky were standing behind it.

"Hello! Is the little princess ready?" Rose asked Richard.

"Gwama, Gwampa!" Athena called in a singsong voice from her playpen.

"Hello, princess! Are you ready to come with grandma and grandpa?"

"Yesss! Gwama kew Teena?"

"Of course," Rose answered. "Come here." She picked Athena up from the playpen and carried her in her arms. "You smell so good, little princess."

"Stowbewi."

"Yes. You smell like strawberries."

"Hi mom, dad," Dei greeted as she stepped out of their bedroom.

"Thanks for picking Athena up."

"No problem. What time are you moving tomorrow?" Rose asked.

"Around 7AM. We'll finish all the packing today and tonight so everything will be ready early tomorrow," Dei answered.
