spin-offs and other extra things

First off I want to state that there will not be a sequel to Stay. Lilly and Justin's story finishes here but I am writing about other characters.

Okay, so for awhile now I've pondered ideas of possible spin offs for certain characters. I love Stay and the story each character has to tell. So here I want to give you all a preview of what's coming next for my writing and for these characters. So far I have story ideas for both Lou and Shane. As of right now I don't have much of a plan or a plot line but I will leave the book covers and summaries for you all😁

Story Title: Prevailing Love

Character: Shane Rikers

Genre: Romance

Note: This will be a dual pov story switching from Shane and Raine's perspective.

Summary: Shane Rikers is a freshman in college who has already melded himself into the party lifestyle of having a new girl in his bed every morning with a hangover to accompany them. He's mean, rude, and callous. He couldn't give two shits about anyone and has already been granted the notorious reputation of being a fuck boy.

But that doesn't stop girls from flocking to him and doesn't stop him from leaving them behind once he's gotten what he wants. He seeks solace in one night stands and getting blackout drunk to numb the pain he of his own heartbreak.

But when Raine Kahn, a curious girl seeking a psychology major with a bubbly personality and sparkling lip gloss to match, stumbles into him one night; she sees through his facade. She can spot a heartbroken person from a mile away. The sadness inside of him is also reflected in herself.

What happens when Raine makes it her personal mission to make Shane fall in love again? She wants to prove to him that not every girl will break his stone cold heart. In her attempts to help him, her heart heals also.

Will these two realize that in the end, despite our best efforts, love prevails? Will they give in to their attraction to each other? Or break their own hearts all over again?

Story Title: Becoming Lou

Character: Louisa "Lou" Denerise

Genre: Chicklit

Summary: My name is Louisa Denerise. I'm ginger, fluent in French, loud, and absolutely crazy. I've fallen in and out of love, and nothing has burned me so passionately ever since.

Coming out of a relationship with my high school sweetheart and stepping foot into college; my life has never been more terrifying.

This is the story of me discovering myself without being defined by a relationship or who I'm expected to be as a woman defined by society's standards.

Things get messy, drunk, and tearful, but this is life and it belongs to me.

Story Title: Breaking Patterns

Character: Jasmine Mendez

Genre: Teen fiction

Note: This story follows Jasmine's second semester of senior year when she moves back home and is reconciled with her first love Braxton. It is the sequel to Breaking Free. Both stories are featured on my profile. This will also be a dual pov switching from Jasmine and Braxton's point of view.

Summary: Her lips were thunder clouds and lightening struck my heart every time she sighed my name.

In breaking free from their problems, Braxton and Jasmine broke apart. And now they're breaking promises.

After 5 months of not seeing each other and Jasmine not responding to any of Braxton's messages, she is suddenly back. And the tension and feelings between the both of them are more heightened than ever. Can they fix whatever's broken between the both of them? Or were they destined to break apart and never mend again?

Can they truly break their patterns of running and dodging their problems? Or will the patterns of their pasts forever be repeated?

There's the ideas I wanted to share with you all! I cannot be certain when I'm starting any of these stories for I need to plan them first but I will keep updates on my profile. I may also be adding bonus chapters and scenes to Stay about Lilly and Justin's lives moving forward. It could be anything from when they move in together or get married. Whatever inspiration hits.
