When mc goes to bed at night, very commonly she will have a bad dream and the author will descibe every detail of it. Most of the time, its either A flashback used for plot filler or just a random and irrelevant dream.
Just like the lyrics, describing the dream mc is having is A WASTE OF TIME. So i advice, unless its vital to the plot please dont write it down. No one is gonna read it. By the way, when i say 'vital'. Flashbacks dont count. Dreams are small segments of memory pulled out at random to form a (mostly weird) plot that makes no sense( lets say in one of my dreams my friend turned into a ghost and i slapped her...see the weirdness there???) yet author chan makes mc dream up her entire backstory(which makes sense) just for CONVENIENCE.
Sheesh author chan, sheesh -_-
