breathe, Troye reminded himself as he stepped in the second terminal of the Parisian airport.

His luggage consisted of a small artsy traveller trolley which was purely black in colour and had a lock in it, just in case.

Troye got his luggage checked and sat down at one of the chairs,  waiting for his plane to be announced.

He was more than nervous. He fiddled with his thumbs,  his woolen cap holding his curly hair in place as his knee bounced up and down.

His phone rang as he got it out of his coat pocket,  calming down when seeing that it was his mother.

"Bonjour mére," Troye said with a shaky and timid voice.  He was just very self conscious and did not want anyone else to know or hear his voice.

"Aye, doux petit Troye, tu vas bien?" She asked whether her sweet little baby was alright or not.

Troye felt relieved on hearing her voice as a wave of calmness washed over him.

"Oui, tout est mère bien, ne vous inquiétez pas ( Yes,  everything is alright,  mom,  don't worry), " Troye said to his mother,  an uncomfortable silence following his words as he just listened intently.

"Tu nous manques tellement bébé (We all miss you so so much,  baby), " Laurelle said,  wiping away her tears and trying to hold in her sobs.  She was not actually keen to the idea of sending Troye to a completely new place with new people all around him.  And since,  Troye got crippling anxiety,  it made Laurelle even more worried.

Troye chuckled softly as he said,  "Ce n'est qu'une heure, maman. Je suis sûr que ce serait bien bientôt, mais vous manquez aussi, vous tous (It's only been an hour mum.  I am sure it would be alright but I do miss you too,  all of you.)."

"Êtes-vous toujours sûr que vous seriez en mesure de le faire? Et cela aussi tout seul? (Are you sure you would be able to do this?  And that too all on your own?) , " Laurelle asked,  just to make sure for what seemed like the hundredth time.

Troye rolled his eyes as he shook his head and replied to his mother,  "Maman, pas encore, s'il vous plaît. Nous avons traversé cela encore et encore. Je serai bien. Arrêtez de me faire dorloter tellement! (Mom,  not again please.  We have gone through this again and again. I will be alright,  stop pampering me so much) .

Troye heard his mother sniffle slowly from the other side and he felt a slight ache in his heart.  He knew that his mother didn't want to leave him because she was actually dependant on him for everything.  His dad barely talked to her and his siblings were always busy with their own jobs.  No one even bothered to talk to her.

"Maman s'il te plaît? Reste fort, je serai à la maison bientôt (Mom,  please?  Stay strong.  I will be home soon)  ," Troye said in an assuring tone to his mother.

"Jagga vous manque aussi (jagga misses you too)  ," Laurelle said.

"Aw, ce pauvre chien, je lui manque plus (Aw,  that poor dog,  I miss him more) ," Troye cooed.  He really missed Jagga.

Troye heard his flight name being announced as he quickly said,  "Mon nom de vol est appelé. Je pense que je devrais y aller maintenant. Prends soin de maman et s'il te plaît ne m'insiste pas beaucoup sur moi, d'accord? (my flight name is being called,  I think I should go now.  Take care,  mom and please don't stress much about me,  okay?) ."

"Ok, je t'aime et s'il te plaît n'oublie pas de m'appeler quand tu viens en Amérique. Prendre soin et joyeux voyage, sugarpie (Okay, i love you and please don't forget to call me when you land in america. take care and happy journey, sugarpie,"Laurelle said as Troye just nodded his head and wore his cap before rushing towards his flight.

He was welcomed by a tall air hostess in a white uniform and blonde hair who gave him a gentle smile as she asked,  "Can I see your visa and passport along with your ticket,  sir?"

Troye looked at her with furrowed eyebrows,  tilting his head to the side,  confused as he blinked his eyes and asked,  "Oui?"

The air hostess sighed,  her shoulders dropping as she made a rectangular motion with her hand and said slowly the words,  'ticket'.

Troye pouted before his eyes enlightened and he stuffed his hands in his pocket to search for his ticket.

He got his ticket out along with the passport and visa,  waving it in front of the air hostess.

"Ce?" He asked.

"Yeah,  ce." The air hostess gave him a weird smile as she checked his ticket and the other documents before letting him board the flight.

"Je vous remercie," Troye said thank you to the lady as she returned him his ticket.

"Thank you sir,  have a nice and safe flight," The air hostess said with a fake smile .

"You too," Troye replied back,  having his poor knowledge of English and not actually understanding what the air hostess has said.  The air hostess just gave him an awkward smile in return.

Troye boarded the flight,  taking his sear near the window because well,  he would like to do some sightseeing among the clouds while flying to New York.  He was actually so excited for this.

But not a few minutes later,  two similar looking girls with brown curly hair and long legs occupied the seat next to him,  bustling and giggling.

"Oh my,  Greta,  look at this piece of fresh meat here," one of the girl says as she gives Troye a smile and Troye just smiles back,  being the gentleman he is.

The other girl giggles,  placing a hand on Troye's arm and looking at his face,  smirking as she said,  "Ooh,  he actually looks so cute,  Stella."

"Hey,  sexy boy what's your name?" Stella asked,  her thigh almost touching Troye's as Troye felt confused as he asked, "Oui?"

"Wooh,  he got a French accent,  that's a bonus," Greta said as she fixed up her curly brown hair in a bun.

"I am Greta and this is Stella," The girls introduced themselves to Troye,  their hands on his upper thighs as Troye uncomfortably shifted in his seat.

"Me Troye Mellet,  No good English know," Troye said with a small smile.

"Well,  that will do, We are still going to have lot of fun pretty boy," the girls giggled,  patting his thigh as Troye gave a broken laugh.

"Oui," Troye said.

"Oui," The girls winked at him.

Troye has never been so confused in his life.
