Today I plan to finish some things for the hotel but Kelly, Ara, and Enzo were forcing me to go with them and tour them.
"Busy nga ako." Natatawa kong sambit kay Ara.
"Palagi naman! We're staying here for like a year, Nadine!" Ara said.
"We'll just borrow you for a whole day. You'll just tour us." Singit ni Enzo.
"Fine." I answered. "Paano yung kotse? Saan tayo kukuha?" I asked.
"We rented a car and they said it's okay to give it back whenever. Kailangan rin natin ito para sa susunod na buwan." Enzo answered.
"Magbihis ka na, Nadine! Dali!" Kelly says.
I quickly did my morning routine and dresses casually since I'm only touring them.
"Saan niyo ba muna gusto pumunta?" Tanong ko. It's too early and I don't know why they're so ready.
"Doon sa Statue of Liberty!" Ara suggested.
I drove our way to there. Kelly and Ara were excited to see it. Si Enzo naman ay parang wala lang. When we arrived, we parked to the nearest place and then rode the ferry.
"Excited ka ba?" Tanong ko kay Ara.
She smirked and nodded. Nang dumating na kami sa Liberty Island ay bigla nagsalita si Kelly.
"Blindfolds!" She excitingly said.
"What are you doing!?" I said in shock.
"Something surprising." She said giggling.
"Stick to the plan, babe." Sabi ni Enzo kay Kelly.
"Eeeeh, basta." She said laughing.
Inaalalayan ako ni Ara and Kelly. Hindi ko talaga alam ang nangyayari at bakit may pa blindfolds!
"Okay, we're here!" Ara said. Ang haba ng linakad namin ah. Feeling ko ay naikot na namin. Tinanggal na nila ang blindfolds at nakita ko silang tatlo na nakangiti at tinuturo ang likod ko.
Pagka lingon ko ay si...
Adam.
"You're here!" Gulat kong sabi at yinakap siya.
He kissed my forehead and hugged me tighter.
"Really miss you." He whispered.
"I miss you too." I said smiling.
"How are you?" He asked nicely.
"I'm fine! Ikaw? Kailan ka nakarating?" I asked.
"Last night. Nakakapagod nga eh." Sagot naman niya.
Guilt crept in me. Me and James were together last night having fun and then he arrived last night because he wanted to see me.
"I was tired so I decided to surprise you today." He explained. He hugged me again. "I really missed you."
"So what do you want to do today?" He asked.
