Dating one of the most popular girl in school was pretty intense. Kendall Jenner, everyone knows who she is. She is one of the most popular girl in school and also the captain of your school cheerleader. Her father was an olympic champion and her mother was a businesswoman. Kendall also had nine siblings. Crazy right? But enough about Kendall.

You, Y/N Y/L/N, were just an ordinary girl who used to live in Texas. But since your father got a job promotion in LA, your family moved to Calabasas and that was how you met Kendall. It was like one of those corny love story where two people met in High School and voila, it happened. You both fell in love over a year after you met.

It has been going on for about two years now. Two years with Kendall Jenner. You were now both 18. You both have been going through everything together, ups and downs. There were many amount of times where you both almost broke up because of silly things, especially when Kendall always got extremely jealous of you hanging out with other girls. Kendall was such an anxious and insecure person. You learned that when you started dating her. Although you have told her a thousand times that you wouldn't ever cheat nor fall for another girl or boy, still, she was overprotective when it comes to you.

"so I have a practice after this, do you wanna come?" your girlfriend asked you

You looked up from your phone and you saw her in her cheerleading outfit. She still looked as beautiful as ever. She still managed to take your breath away

"why are you smiling like that?" Kendall asked you

"Nothing" you said smiling like an idiot.

In fact, it was not nothing at all. It was something that you can never forget. You remembered when you both first met back in 2011. You were both sixteen at the time.

Three Years Ago

"Could you please calm down?" your new friend, Grace, called after you because you were speed walking towards the field

"no, we're going to be late for PE class!" you said as you started running

"It's only your third day in school, calm down!" Grace caught up with you and you both finally arrived at the field

You saw the big field and it was almost empty. There were still only a few people and you could tell it was your classmates.

"see? told you we're not going to be late, in fact, we're early" Grace said while grinning

you started walking towards the bleacher seats. You just sat there with Grace and decided to drink your mineral water. Few minutes later, you heard a swarm of people, a cheerleader, started walking inside the field and gathered all around together. You were drinking when one of the cheerleader winked at you. You suddenly choked and started coughing.

"are you okay?" Grace asked looking at you worried

"yeah, yeah" you said and looked down at your wet t-shirt

"what happened though?" she asked

"that girl winked at me" you pointed at that girl before. Grace looked over and her eyes widened

"dude, that chick is the most popular girl in school, don't you know? oh wait- you're still new here" Grace shrieked

"hmm... well, she looks nice and beautiful" you commented

Grace nodded at you,
"she is popular but she is nice, that's why everybody loves her so much"

"what's her name?" you asked since you've grown interest in her

"Kendall Jenner. she's the captain of the cheers as well and-" Grace started but was cut off by a voice that interrupted her

"hey pretty girl," you looked up to find the same mesmerizing brown eyes you were staring at few minutes ago. Her dark-brown locks fits perfectly with her face. She was beautiful.

"uhmm hi?" you greeted back and Grace looked tensed

You could see Kendall gave Grace a look to give you both some alone time and Grace just nodded slowly and walked away. The cheerleader sat next to you.

"so, you're new aren't you?" she asked

"yeah"

"what's your name?" she asked again

"Y/N, Y/L/N"

her grin turned into a smile, a soft smile,
"that's a beautiful name, just like the person"

"t-thanks" you said blushing like madly

"don't you wanna know my name?" she asked playfully at you

"I already know, you're Kendall Jenner" you said

"aw that's great, well, I hope we can see each other again, Y/N, I have to get back to our morning routine," Kendall said and looking over to her cheer squad

you just nodded as she stood up,
"by the way, you're super super cute, that's why I winked at you in case you're wondering"

she winked at you again and grinned before she left you alone smiling like an idiot to yourself. You definitely looked like a 13 year old kid who just had her first crush ever. You were sure she was going to be stuck in your head for a really long time. That one certain name.
