it was a fucking lie. you know that you're still in love with Kendall.
you're still madly in love with her and you know it. you've been lying to yourself ever since you got together with Santana.
Ever since that night, Kendall didn't text you anything. not even a single text. Maybe because she understood and back off.
You were in college now. You got into Yale. Santana went to Oxford. You were still in a relationship with her. But long distance relationship was making it hard.
After four months of full relationship, you and Santana broke up. you both decided it was the best for you two. It just wasn't working.
"you're still in love with her" she said on the phone
"I don't know, maybe" you sighed "we're still best friends right?" she asked "of course we are, things aren't just working out for us San" "yeahh I know Y/N" "and trust me when I say that I loved you and you weren't a fling to me, but when we were together, I didn't feel the sparks or fireworks that I felt when I was with Kendall" you said "Gosh I was such a bad girlfriend wasn't I?" you chuckled a bit "yeahh you're the worst" she joked
you both just laughed
"but I know that you're the best girlfriend for Kendall, because I remember when you used to tell me how much you love her and she always smiles around you" she continued
"yeahh" you just smile "maybe..just maybe, you should give her another chance Y/N" she suggest "I think so... but it's been three months San, she's probably already had a new girlfriend or even a boyfriend" you said to her "right, I forgot about that" she said "see? now you're making me feel worse" you rolled your eyes even though she couldn't see you "don't worry, I have a plan"
