"no don't do this... you can't leave me"

tears were bursting down your face and blood were all over your hands and clothes

"I'm- so sorry y/n, I can't handle- this anymore"

her voice haunted you

"Y/N!! wake up!!" you woke up panting really hard and sweat were all over your forehead

"heyy shh its okay I'm here, you're safe with me"

you looked right next to you and it was Kendall.

you were tired with all of this dreams. it's always the same. you're tired. you just wanted to forget about her. about Olivia. but you can't.

Kendall just soothing you down

"Ken... I'm scared" you whispered
"don't be, I'm here for you"
"what if something bad happens to my mom- I-I'm afraid that she's gonna leave me" you started panicking but Kendall suddenly took your hand and clasped it onto hers
"I'm not gonna let anything bad happen to your mom okay? I promise you that" she looked at you deep in the eye and she wasn't lying
you just smiled at her

It was still 11 pm. the waiting room started to become your second house. you decided to put a comforter on the floor and sat on it enough for the both of you. you were tired from the chairs.

she smiled at you

"why are you smiling at me?"

"Idk, I just find it really weird yet comfortable around you" she said

"so that's a good thing right?"

"yeah, it's more than good. it's perfect" she said and you started laughing

"perfect? we are in the middle of the night, sitting on a floor only with comforters on for God sake, and not to mention that we're in a hospital" you laughed making it sound like a joke

Kendall chuckled at your statement and then smiled
"I know, still it's perfect for me"
'you are perfect to me' she thought

you just shook your head laughing
"who are you"

"duh I'm Kendall" she said giggling

"you know... you are something, from the first day we met I always knew there's something different and special about you"

she smiled
"you are something too"

you just continued laughing
"anyway... what are you even doing here anyway?"

"keeping you company?" she said and sounded almost like a statement instead of a question

you just kept silent
"you don't want me to? do you want me to leave? if you want I-"

"no don't, stay" you reached her arm and Kendall went back sit right beside her

you both stay silent for a while
"If I tell you a secret, would you promise me not to tell anyone?"

"uhuh" she nodded

you felt like you trusted Kendall with your whole life. the same way you trusted Alexa with your life. but with Kendall, there were lots and lots of more to explore and to feel

"not even Alexa" you said

"its okay you can trust me"
