REALLY SHORT CHAPTER BC I MEETING UP WITH AN OLD FRIEND TODAY

I immediately tried pulling away, and I did.
I ran out of the closet and towards the men's bathroom.
After splashing some water on my face, I walked back out towards Skye's room.
I guess I had an expression all across my face, because Zoe walked up to me.
"Are you okay?" She asked.
I nodded, trying to to talk.
Zoe stared at me for a second, trying to read my face for any clues.
She slowly looked away, then walked towards Jordan.
I let out a breath of air that I didn't know I was holding in.
I walked into Skye's room.
"You're still not up." I checked my watch. "It's been 20 hours."
I sighed. "Please wake up."
"Please."
Skye's monitor started beeping like crazy.
Adam ran in to see what was happening, but we were both shoved out of the room by doctors.
"Please let me in! She's my sister!" Adam yelled.
Everyone's heads turned towards us, looking at us in pity.
A nurse looked at us.
"We need to talk."
Adam pointed to myself and himself.
The nurse nodded.
Most of the doctors left Skye's room.
"Come in here." The nurse said.
"She's fine."
Adam and I happily sighed.
"We just needed to see why her heart started failing."
Adam looked at me, and I looked at him.
"Who was with her last?"
I looked at the nurse.
"That would be me." I said.
"It seems that she's waking up because of you. We need you to stay with her for a while."
I looked at Adam.
He gave me a small smile.
"If you could stay with her, talk to her, maybe hold her hand or anything of that sort, that would be great."
I looked at Adam for a sign of approval.
"It's fine." Adam said. "I'll tell the others what's happening."
I walked into the room to see Skye, hair covering her face.
I carefully moved her auburn hair out of her face.
"So, I'm supposed to talk to you for a while. To try to get you to wake up."
I grabbed her hand and kept talking for a while.
"I don't know how to get you to wake up." I started thinking.
Skye's monitor started beeping loudly, and Skye spazzing out.
I heard a loud gasp, as if someone were drowning.
Skye quickly sat up.
"Maya." She quietly said.
