Backstory: Peter was on a camping trip with his family when he was two. Overwhelmed by curiosity as it was his first overnight stay anywhere, Peter waddled off by himself. He got lost in the forest and cried himself to sleep. A few days later, Peter was found. His parents were seen as irresponsible and incapable so he was taken from them and put into the system.
