Chapter 15: Possessive

"Tell those wolves they can stop hiding now." Chaeri icily voiced surprising Jackson, his head turned towards the trees were his pack members were hiding, they slowly showed themselves wondering how Chaeri knew,

Bambam stood in front of the window, his eyes locked on the girl sitting alone on the grass, a sad sigh escaped from his lips fogging the glass,

"How long has she been there?" Yugyeom asked as he stood beside him,

"An hour and a half.." Bambam answered placidly as he wiped the foggy window,

"You've been standing here and staring at her for that long?" Yugyeom's eyebrows raised in surprised,

"Yup…" Bambam answered puffing his cheeks with air, his eyes still on Chaeri,

"Geez Bambam, You're acting like a stalker." Yugyeom shivered at the creepy thought before shifting his attention out the window "Chaeri would probably cringed if she found out."

"Say's the guy whose intently staring at her right now." Bambam smirked,

"Shut up." Yugyeom uttered ears red in embarrassment,

The two cubs turned towards the stairs at the sound of familiar footsteps, their eyes landing on Jr who was descending down the stairs,

"Where are the others?" Bambam asked,

"Sleeping." Jr answered as he approached "Except for Mark, he's cheering Jackson up."

"I'm not surprised" Yugyeom said "I'd be sulking too if Chaeri slapped me."

Jr sighed in response, his eyes went to the window, Chaeri was still outside sitting on the grass,

"Where are you going?" Yugyeom asked in puzzlement when he saw him walk towards the door,

"I'm going to talk to her." Jr answered opening the door,

"She's still angry you know." Bambam uttered worriedly "You might get slapped too."

"I wont." Jr replied before going out,

Bambam yawned tiredly as he returned his gaze out the window, watching Jr approach Chaeri,

"Let's go to sleep, Yugyeom." He uttered turning back "Chaeri might not be mad at us by tomorrow."

Yugyeom nodded giving Chaeri one last glance before hesitantly following Bambam up the stairs.

Chaeri's eyes were on the glinting stars at the night sky, a sigh escaped her lips as her thoughts brought her back to what happened earlier,

She groaned in frustration as she hugged her knees burying her face on top of it, she should have just held her anger, it was wrong to slap Jackson no matter how angry she was,

'I am now officially the worst host out there.'

The touch of warm cloth on her back made Chaeri turn, her lips parted in surprise when she saw Jr staring right back at her,

"You'll catch a cold staying here for too long." Jr uttered as he kneeled down in front of her, he leaned forward tying the sleeves of the coat around her so it wont fall when she moves,

"What are you doing here?" She asked giving him a puzzled look as he sat beside her,

"I'm here to say sorry for what happened earlier." He said making her silent,

"To be honest we all hate the Jaeyoon guy so we purposely didn't do anything when Jackson punched him."

Chaeri's eyebrow raised as she snapped her head towards Jr "Are you sure you're saying sorry and not the other way around?" she asked,

"We're sorry he got punched but that doesn't change the fact that we don't like him." He chuckled,

"I don't understand why you don't like Jaeyoon." Chaeri said in frustration "I mean, he's kind and thoughtful and fun to be with."

Jr's forehead creased in disapproval as he watched a smile crept unto Chaeri's lips with every trait she uttered about the boy, she sighed dreamily making him more annoyed,

"You make it sound like we're not kind, and thoughtful and fun to be with." He uttered sarcastically enumerating the traits she said earlier,

Chaeri turned towards Jr with a scowl on her face, what exactly is he implying?

"Did you just--"

"I'm jealous, Chaeri..."
