Chapter 15: Possessive

Just like any ordinary wolves, Spirit wolves are very territorial, they attack any stranger-who enters their home-mercilessly, no intruder will go out of their territory unharmed,

These creatures are also possessive, just as normal wolves are, one wolf's mate is already off limits to another, and that… goes the same for a Spirit Wolf's host.

Unfortunately, that information was something that Chaeri didn't know yet…

A kiss, that was what Chaeri was expecting when Jaeyoon lifted her chin and leaned closer making their noses touch, the thought of their lips touching made the butterflies in her stomach flutter,

But that though turned into ashes when she felt Jaeyoon's hands leave her followed by a painful groan,

Chaeri's eyes snapped open, the confused expression on her face turned into shock as she watched the scene in front of her in a frozen state,

Jackson had Jaeyoon pinned on the ground holding him tightly by the collar of his uniform, his face showed clear anger at the latter who in turn mirrored the same shocked expression Chaeri had,

"Try touching her like that again…" Jackson growled glaring at him dangerously "and I'll make sure every bone in your body gets broken! Do you understand?!"

Jaeyoon's shock soon turned into fear and puzzlement, turning pale at the threat, he winced at the throbbing pain on his cheek which the mysterious boy had punched awhile ago,

"W-Who are you?"

"I asked you a question!" Jackson gritted his teeth in anger, slamming the boy's back on the ground making him wince at the impact "Did you hear me?!"

"Jackson stop!" Chaeri cried in horror as he tried to break the two boys apart,

Jaeyoon's fearful gaze were locked on Jackson's eyes, he was sure they were glowing blue earlier, he couldn't be mistaken,

Jackson raised his fist in the air ready to gave the boy another punch, Chaeri shrieked at the sight as she tried to push him away,

"Jackson, I swear If you hurt him again I will never talk to you anymore!" She hollered making him stop,

His head turned to the girl and his eyes grew wide at the sight of the flowing tears on her cheeks, his fist went limp on his side as he saw anger and disappointment written all over her face,

"Get away from him!" Chaeri cried successfully pushing him away,

Jackson felt stunned as he watch her help Jaeyoon sit properly, her worried eyes focused on the boy's bruised cheek wiping the trickling blood off the side of his busted lip,

"Are y-you okay?" Chaeri's heart drummed in fear as she checked Jaeyoon for any other bruises,

"Y-yeah…" Jaeyoon managed to answer giving Jackson a wary look as he stood up the same time they did,
