"hey guys, it's Allie, and it's..." I turn my head to Ashton, "Ash, what time it is?" He exclaims through a mouthful of cereal,
"Time for you to get a watch!" I roll my eyes and Luke answers,
"Eleven fifteen." I smile and continue talking to my vlog camera,
"It's Eleven fifteen and I'm vlogging with the boys. Guys, introduce yourselves," I turn the camera around and point it at Michael's face. I zoom in really close and he says with orange juice in his mouth,
"I'm Michael Clifford the third of Sydney, Australia." I giggle and ask him,
"Michael, what is your favorite color?" He wipes his mouth as this turns into an interview. I hear Ashton drumming on the table in the background and spoons scraping bowls of cereal. Michael answers casually and straight faced,
"Hotdog." I nod and move on to Ashton. ashton puts his hand over his face,
"No photography, please! I'm a professional! You can't possess any pictures of me!" He jokes, and I tell the camera,
"Yeah, that's Ashton." I turn to Luke and zoom in. He waves shyly and goes peacefully to his cereal. I say, "And that's Luke, who needs to shave!" Ashton giggles and Luke smiles at his bowl of cereal.
I like quaff Luke, not scruffy Luke. The boys hate me for it, but I need Luke to shave! I laugh it off, though, and go to the last boy. I turn the camera at him, and he's beaming innocently like a little kid. I zoom in really close so you can only see his eyes, nose, and mouth. He squeaks,
"I'm Calum." It's so adorable I have to bite my lip. I ask him,
"Calum, who is your favorite band?" He keeps smiling and scrunches his nose. He then answers,
"Nirvana!" Michael exclaims in agreement and Luke laughs. I then zoom in on Calum's dark grey tee with the yellow Nirvana logo on it. Calum then tries to copy the logo on his face, sticking his tongue out. we all laugh and Ashton exclaims,
"You look like the emoji!" Oh, Ashton. we all laugh and I point the camera a me,
"So, those are the boys. Today, Michael and I are going shopping, and then we're going to have a 'family' dinner, as Calum says," I giggle and Michael exclaims,
"Calum is like the parent of the group." I nod and Ashton says,
"We've never thought of that!" I nod again and Calum gets up out of his chair,
"Well, I gotsa pee." He races to the bathroom, and I see he's drank a whole jug of milk. Yup, a jug. He leaves and Luke asks,
"What would I be?" He strokes his chin and Ashton thinks, until he finally says,
"You'd be like the little brother that everyone looks out for and protects." He says, but Michael shakes his head,
"no, Luke is the teenage girl of the group. He's like the hot girl everyone wants." Ashton nods and Calum comes back into the room, not hearing the conversation. Calum is still buckling his pants as he walks in, and Luke asks,
"I'm the hot girl everyone wants?" Calum, not knowing a bit of the context of the conversation, answers immediately,
"Yes. Yes, you are." Luke blushes at this and Ashton coughs,
"Cake for life." Calum and Luke go along with it as Calum sits on Luke's lap, cuddling up to him. Luke beams and I don't think they have a clue I'm filming them. Michael then exclaims,
"And Ash is the big brother that can be an idiotic toddler and a jock at the same time." I nod, remembering the time he took a visit to a former bully of mine's house with a baseball bat and duck tape. but then there was the time he fell in love with a plastic dog named Ketchup so...he's definitely a mix of a two year old and a tough-guy.
"What am I?" Michael asks, and I immediately answer,
"you're like...the little puppy. Or the pet of the house. You protect, love, and don't judge." Ashton adds,
"Oh and you don't know anything, like a dog!" I laugh and Calum adds, still holding on to Luke,
"Oh and you can cuddle!" He admires Michael, "You're a good cuddler." Luke looks up at the Calum on his lap with a look of betrayal,
"Babe, I thought I was you're only cuddler." Calum teasingly shushes him by putting a finger to Luke's lips, and we all crack up laughing.
"and Allie is the little sister that everyone finds adorable!" Luke says, and I'm puzzle,
"But, I'm not even apart of the band..." Michael shrugs,
"It doesn't matter, you're part of the family." It's so sweet and then Luke slams a hand down on the table,
"Wait, how can she be the little sister and date Calum?" I turn red. How do they know? Calum sucks in his lips, embarrassed, and I become dry mouthed,
"How-" But before I can even finish, Michael shrugs,
"Easy, she's the hot mom that we all look out for and love." I blush and Calum smiles. ashton then says,
"Yes, and some of us swear that if the dad hurts her or breaks her heart, he'll be thrown off a cliff into the ocean and will drown or get eaten by sharks." He quickly glares at Calum and Calum shrinks a little.
"And this is why you're the bigger protective brother." Luke says, and we all laugh. Calum then looks at me and smiles,
"Don't worry, I'll never hurt her."
