Nikki's POV

I slowly opened my eyes.

Light blinded me, but shortly after, I was able to see clearly.

I was in the hospital bed.

Again...

I sighed.

Being stuck in this room all of yesterday had been terrible even though for the most part I slept.

I didn't like being contained in a bed.

Ugh.

But I had to stay for the rest of today and for a little bit tommorow.

IT....

WAS.....

TERRIBLE......

I couldn't move.

I couldn't get up.

I couldn't even talk.

Even though they told me not to, I tried when I was alone, but my throat hurt too badly and I couldn't utter a word.

So they had given me a dry erase board to write down what I wanted to say.

It came with a marker and eraser.

It was helpful, but not ideal.

So yeah, I hope my voice gets better soon.

If it didn't I was going to have a stress attack with how frustrated I am.
